The service and food are not good at all they don't have enough people working they need some serious training

Terriable. Just terriable. First off, with no line, it took forever for the cashier to even come to the window. When i recieved my meal, there were no napkins (at KFC?) and no silverware. I had mashed potatoes in my meal and coleslaw. After waiting so long and not recieving anything to eat my meal with I got to where I was going only to realize that my chicken was the opposite of what I had ordered and my two tacos also ordered were missing alltogether. All of this was highly convenient. On top of all of that the enployee who answered the phone was rude to ME because I called them to ask about missing items in my order.. Im sorry Lisbon St KFC, but you you can short honest people who work hard for their money you should also be prepared to compensate them for their time, effort, and transportation back to you when you make a mistake like that. Its not fair. Say, Ms Susie wants chicken so she calls a cab and spends her money getting there, spends money at your establishment, then money to get home. Its not her fault Johnny KFC jipped her and now has stolen from her a half hour of her time in physical cash that shes worked hard to earn. Ms Susie took a cab there and gets another one to come back for her missing items. Does Johnny KFC care? No, he wont even give you a free chicken breast for your trouble and the past 45 minutes of unnecessary running around you had to do. Why? Because Johnny KFC has no concequences for his actions. So a few days latet when it happens again, this time to Neighbor Dave.. The stort remains the same as before. Neighbor Dave is thr one who is out while Johnny KFC is getting paid to mess up and not compensate his valued customers. Really KFC? Really?
