        Overall

        my wife put me out of the house and applied for food stamps.It appears the state of maine considers everyone guilty until provent innocent.

        they require testimony from neighbors about your personal business before they will accept you facts.meanwhile my wife and kids suffer with no hope of federal assitance because the state has stupid policys
