I've been there 2x and those fries were soggy and cold.I thought the first time was just a mistake but no way it's a habit. I wanted to call the store but no answer ever! Then I wanted to get with corporate but the receipt doesn't have a store number ... what's become of checkers? It used to be sooo good!
Cannot seem to get any sort of good service or an order correct the first time!!! Went tonight for the last time....will make the drive to Columbia's McDonalds before coming back to this one. Rude service, extensive wait times, watched McNuggets being taken out of my bag and placed in another for a drive up order.....then they had to make more...additional wait time. Fastfood is dead here. Everytime there is an excuse (new employees, not enough employees, out of stock etc etc etc.). Turning your back on a customer and ignoring them is worse than swearing at them to their face. Whoever owns this franchise needs to work on the basics with this staff....Get back to basic customer service and getting an order correct and in a timely manner and NOT ignoring the customer.
All tables were dirty and resteraunt was empty! The people acted tho you should not be there bothering them and I have reported the problem and went back to see if things were different and they were not. They have a free sausage biscuit with a survey you fill out and they told me I had to buy something first. And she said... What do you want!? I just left unhappy once again. I'm done going there! Very unhappy!
Service is extremely slow! Waited at window for over 5 minutes before women aknoledged me due to taking 2 other orders. Employees apparently can not swipe a card while waiting for another customer to decide what they want to order.
Very sad experience at our local Krystals. After we ordered breakfast, we wanted to order some gravy. We ordered two and the lady, Beth, scooped out the last bit from the container and handed me the bowl. Well, the gravy was super thick and burnt tasting. The manager on duty said she would refund it. So we went back to get the refund and the lady Beth, refused us with out a receipt. Well A, we never left the lobby and B, she never gave us a receipt when we bought the gravy. The overall experience was sad and just plain horrible. The main point, very poor customer service and additional training is needed to those employees.

We order gravy for our breakfast and they scooped the last bit they had into a cup which was super thick, burnt tasted and just plain horrible. We asked for a refund and they refused to take care of it with out a receipt. The thing is, she never gave us a receipt we when purchased it. The main point, pour customer service.
Went to drive thru and was asked to wait a moment semicolon however, I waited for approximately 10 minutes and was never asked for my order. When I drove off, I looked and there was no customers in the lobby at all. WTF
