Catherman's Garage & Auto Body Shop

Catherman has done a nice job giving me an estimate for how much my vehicle cost. However, when the scheduled date came to get it fixed it wasn't in the book and I was without a vehicle all day and it never got fixed. Nobody ever called me on the day they were supposed to work on it they never even called me to ask why my vehicle was there or what was to be done with it. It wasn't until I called them that I found out that it was never even looked at because it wasn't in the books. I had taken off today work for the van to be worked on and I had to go and reschedule it for another day. I just found that their lack of communication was poor. I am giving them three stars only in the hopes that their work is better than their business skills.

I've found them to be very honest, for starters. I had a problem with my truck and they did not charge me for their time debugging the issue, since they did not find the source of the problem.

I would not be writing this review if my first one did not vanish. I realize the comment I wrote the last time was for Catherman's in Williamsport, PA, but I addressed it to Catherman's in Lewisburg, PA and they are all owned by the same people anyway. Catherman's in Williamsport does the worst, cheapest and fastest work possible. It's amazing they still receive new clients. I guess word of mouth does not travel fast enough.
