I received horrible service on Tuesday night 5/14/13 I work at a local hotel and one of our guests locked his keys in his truck. I gave him several numbers to call but no one was answering. I called the local Service Station called Buck's and a gentelman answered the phone but sounded like I woke him up. I asked if he had a service to help this guest of ours but he hung up on me. When I called him back he was very short with me and asked how this man woudl pay for this? I could not believe that would even be a question, of course the guest would be paying for someones service but it was extreamly rude! I told him he could speak with the guest and he was also rude and only wanted to know how he would be paying him! The guest choose to call someone else! I don't blame him!
