The customer service is excellent. I have moved here from Connecticut where I'd had a trusted mechanic for over 20 years. I've taken my car to a couple places in the area and CARS at Polaris will be my trusted car shop from now on.

Trustworthy, reasonable and efficient with good customer service.

Our cars have been serviced by Clintonville/Polaris for over 30 years and we have never been disappointed in the service. We have been treated with respect and the staff members have always been friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend either shop.

I took my car to Cars. I had a flat tire and a bent rim. They we very nice fixed my tire and rim quickly. It was only 9$. Later they sent me a Thank You. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will not be taking my car else where.
