General Info

Although I have worked with all age groups with varying types and degrees of problem, my current focus has been in depression, anxiety, substance abuse, the elderly, life coaching and sports psychology. My orientation is humanistic with a strong background in dynamic psychology and ego theory. My approach is spiritual without being particularly religious. Depression, anxiety, coaching and sports psychology are my specialties. I have had a tremendously varied professional experience. I have worked in a children's clinic focusing on adolescents; I have run a private practice for years; I have worked in a drug/alcohol rehab center; I have worked in nursing homes; I have worked with many professional golfers.
