i went to business to test drive a truck, after test driving an looking over vehicle, i decide to ask for their best price. i told them i would be paying cash before hand no financing..the vehicle listed for $7959 an they told me i could buy it for $8k.. i had seen their ad( an dealerships do place adds more than one place) on craigslist for $7500..i told them an they replied ..oh, you should have told us.. well, i had already looked up price for an 02 ford f250 around $5300 was a good retail on website (nadaguides).. so i left without purchase.. i decide to double check at my bank.. they also informed me that a good price was around $5100 to $5300 retail... so always remember to double check price before buying. this car lot was $2600 dollars OVER retail price.. the personnel are very nice an accommodating as one might say 'good ole boys" but $2600 dollars OVER what they should be asking... no thanks.. a word to the wise.. shop around.. don't pay to much..

I am most certainly appalled by this dealership. On the day of the purchase we negotiated the deal. (A verbal agreement) As the salesman was typing up the paperwork he was informed that he could not proceed because the GM had backed out of the agreement. After much discussion we reached new terms for the sale and went through with the purchase. I have since had to call back for the items promised during the transaction. Currently it has been one month since I purchased a 2010 Flex and still not received the promised floor mats. Today I called to inquire and was referred to Mr. Davenport. He requested the "We owe you" ticket, I found it was conveniently not in my papers. He then called the salesman to inquire and informs me that "no one promised her new mats". That's wrong! I guess as long as you get the sale then the heck with everything else! We were all there and know that papers were filled out when I was in the office with Brad signing paperwork! I was obviously upset during today’s phone call and MR. DAVENPORT started laughing at me and then hung up on me!! I find this completely inappropriate for the supposed manager/owner to treat a buying customer. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle!! If I could return it I would! I hope that the sales mentality of this dealership causes it to flounder. I am utterly disgusted with this entire ordeal!
