I’m from Ohio and was in the area fishing when my water pump went out on my truck. I had my truck towed to them before hours Saturday morning, then spoke with Kevin in service when they opened he showed great concern about my situation and had my truck fixed by noon that day. By far the best service I have ever received from any dealer. Kevin kept me updated all morning on progress. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the concern and quick service from Kevin and the mechanic they really got me out of a bind. With out them I could of been setting at hotel with boat setting in parking lot all week. THANKS !!!
I bought a brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan last year. I specifically asked when purchasing the vehicle if it came with a full size spare or a donut spare. I was told it came with a full size and that it was located underneath the back end (my bad for accepting their word and not actually looking). Fast forward to this morning. I ran over something on the road and almost instantly had a flat. No spare. Basically just a can of fix a flat, which doesn't do any good for large holes and rapid deflation. $60 tow bill. Called the dealership. Sales manager wasn't even apologetic, just told me that cars today don't come with spares and that I should have emergency road side assistance. I asked if they would at reimburse for the tow bill and the answer was no. I will never do business with them again. Also called Dodge corporate. Their response, "sorry you were misinformed but 2016 and up only come with the inflation kit". So pretty much never doing business with Dodge again either.
This was our 2nd new car purchase at Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram...both Jeeps. This was also our 8th Jeep purchase. Both of these purchases were the best buys, the best dealer actions, the best and most professional dealings we have had with any of our Jeep purchases, and they had been with a number of previous dealers in several cities (our 1st Jeep had an accident, NOT the fault of the Jeep...and the EMTs and doctors said the Jeep saved my wife's life...plus the insurance agent said the coverage paid for the car BECAUSE it was a Jeep). Daniel Martinez, the salesman who we worked with, was right on point, friendly, informative and stayed on subject for the weeks involved (which included having some additional seat covers added by an outside firm). We continue to have our car serviced by this dealer as we did with our other Lenoir City Jeep car....and are very satisfied with the service department, too. In fact as I come in contact with more and more staff at this dealership I continue to be "wow-ed" by their professionalism and friendly approach. I suggest this dealership...and Daniel....to any and all.
I was called from this dealership saying they had a deal I could not refuse. It was suppose to be a end of the month quota thing so I drove 2 hrs and 5 mins at 7:00 at night. Turns out it was all a lie to get me down there. Lenior city jeep dealership is a fake and liars..
Very rude and unfriendly associates! Wanted to put us in what " they" wanted & it had 200,000 miles on it & looked as if it came from a junkyard! Very unprofessional. . Would not recommend this dealership.
This may be biased to some people, but yes I am the owner's daughter. But I want to say that my father has worked and works hard to run this car lot right and straight. He is a man that fears The Lord God and does the best he can to show God's love through the way he conducts business.
First Bait and Switch, then Predatory Lending ? Be aware that this dealership engages in both. First they advertised on the web a car that was not available. Then they tried to convince me that 27 percent interest financing was a way to repair my credit. Finally, the goober Sales Manager insulting across the showroom in front of customers!STAY FAR AWAY
I finally traded in for a mini van. The guys at Tilley-Lane really helped me make the right decisions for me. They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Go see Doug and Ron at Tilley-Lane, they will take care of everything.
I paid $12,000 for a nice looking SUV. Come to find out I went to just get the oil changed the day after I got it and it was leaking power steering fluid. I was told the car was unsafe to drive, I needed a new power stearing pump, the tube was rigged long enough for me to make it home. The power stearing fluids got all over the engine, the belt was grinding into the plastic gaurd so much that it had cut all the way into it almost in two. I called James and Randy, 'The Store Owners", about this and they denied knowing about the defects until I brought up the fact that there was dye in the power steering fluid that was used to find out where the leak was and I saw where they had rigged it to stay together for a day or 2. Then I was told " Well its your problem now because you signed that you were buying the car as is." I didn't feel the need to bring it to a shop first to have it checked because he said he had a liscensed mechanic at his shop and nothing was wrong with the car. The car looked brand new under the hood. Also, it only had 33,000 miles on it. So, I signed the documents in good faith that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle. However, when I brought it to two licensed mechanics, they saw the issues immediately and stated that any mechanic would not miss that big of a problem. For the next couple of days I fought with them about this and they refused to do anything make things right. I even offered to buy the parts if they would have their mechanic perform the labor. I got nowhere with them and I am stuck paying for the repairs. NEVER BUY OR EVEN LOOK AT THIS GUYS JUNK!!! TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!! They seem very nice however they do not stand true to their word.
