I ordered a part that was apparently out of stock. 3 weeks later I ordered the other side on a Monday and received on Saturday. Very pleased. On the next Monday I received the part that was out of stock. Upon calling to return unused part I was told that I had to pay for shipping to return. Part cost was $89.95 and UPS wanted $140.00 to return.Something is not right somewhere. Please give me reason that uninstalled cannot be returned.
I ordered break parts for my Bug Eyed Sprite from Victoria British.... HUGE mistake. First they tell me that I'd get the parts in ten days... I call 15 days later, was put on hold. Customer DISservice Rep comes back on and tells me the parts are on back order and will ship in 3 weeks which means they forced me to wait over 5 weeks for a couple of springs...Just to much BS!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE.
Ordered a gift card for My son in law from a lovely lady named Collette. She was super helpful and very pleasant to speak with. Also very efficient.
Here's another one - When you place an order, you get to choose shipper and time enroute - and are charged accordingly. Then - weeks beyond paid arrival date they say because the parts were so small, they sent it via snail mail. When you have a customers car in a bay for weeks, you get one ticked off customer, a bad rep and less business. Don't bother writing "Customer Service" - they won't even respond. And they lie when they say "Providing the “Right Part… Right Price… Right Now…” AND "Providing the highest level of customer service..." IS A JOKE ON US. British Parts Northwest has a good selection, and ordering from vendors overseas will get your parts to you as fast for LESS.
