Mark has a lot of experience in the insurance business. If you have a question, chances are he's experienced in that area. If you want quality, he's a trustworthy choice in the insurance business.
Mark is simply out of touch with customer service. His office assistants are great, however, every conversation I have has with Mark has left me questioning why I still use him as my agent. Maybe he has been at this too long, but it also seems he is in no way concerned with helping his clients. I had to contact the state to find out current Kansas laws and regulations, as Mark was out of touch with them.
