Terrible, horrible, unforgettable (not in a good way) experience with Hertz in general, but specifically the one on 105th and Metcalf. Reserved a car to go home and see family for Thanksgiving, but not only does their site not check for inventory before it allows a reservation to go through, their "pay now" policy should be considered false advertising or bait and switch. It explicitly says on the site that you won't be charged until time of pick up, which is MOST CERTAINLY NOT TRUE. Not only will the site allow you to book a reservation for a car THEY DON'T HAVE, they'll take your money when their site says they won't. It over drafted us THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING, and the 105th location didn't even cancel the reservation AFTER THEY CALLED and said they didn't have a car for us. It took 3 calls and being transferred SEVERAL different times to finally get across that we were charged for a car we didn't have. But wait there's more...now we wait 7-10 days to get the anount it over drafted us by back. Happy Holiday's from Hertz. Needless to say, I won't be renting from Hertz ever again and I'll be telling all my friends and family to do the same.
While the owner is a little hard to understand, communication is possible.I took my Lincoln Ls to get my transmission fluid changed as well as an oil change. Cost was not outrageous.
I ordered a part that was apparently out of stock. 3 weeks later I ordered the other side on a Monday and received on Saturday. Very pleased. On the next Monday I received the part that was out of stock. Upon calling to return unused part I was told that I had to pay for shipping to return. Part cost was $89.95 and UPS wanted $140.00 to return.Something is not right somewhere. Please give me reason that uninstalled cannot be returned.
I took my car there because the tire was bouncing around when i drove at speeds of 35 or more. (very scary ordeal!) First it took them a whole day to figure out what the problem was and then once they found out it was the motor mount, they told me it would be fixed the very next day. Here we are 3 days later and they can't tell me why its not fixed yet. Also they want to charge me over $800 for a part that cost $60 or less. I've searched around and dealerships only charge tops $350.00 for the part and labor. I'm very upset with the service. They dont even have the descency to call me and tell me whats going on. So I have to call up there and can barely understand the dude that I keep calling. A couple times he hung up on me! That place is a joke dont ever take your care there!
Took 98 Corvette in for A/C repair. The good news-A/C now works. Bad news, they cracked my windshield. I went back in and told Dale, he came out and looked at the damage. His response," that's too bad". I asked if they be responsible and he told me"they assume no responsibility.. They parked my car outside from Thursday PM until I picked it up on Tuesday PM. Looks like someone shut the hood with a tool left on cowl. I have 3 autos and they will never see one of mine again. Spent over $400 and got A/C fixed and windshield ruined. Thank goodness I have zero deductible on my comp ins! I still can't believe they take no responsibility while your car is in their care. Would never come close to recommending them to anyone!!! Beware
I have given the owner of this company and my insurance company many months to resolve the problem that we were overcharged on labor for the paint job on the hood of my daughter's car. They charged 3.5 hours for clear coating the hood of a small vehicle. I have come to the conclusion that the overcharge will never be refunded and forget about the warranty. They had the car for 2 months, blew out the battery, charged me for a new battery while the one that was in the car was still under warranty. They did not see the gaping crack in the radiator which cost me additional money to have it repaired by Firestone.FYI, the brochure for this company states that they do not guarantee their work to be flawless but it meets "acceptable community standards." Not sure what "acceptable community standards" are unless it means the work will be less than acceptable and they will mess you and your insurance company over.

Here's another one - When you place an order, you get to choose shipper and time enroute - and are charged accordingly. Then - weeks beyond paid arrival date they say because the parts were so small, they sent it via snail mail. When you have a customers car in a bay for weeks, you get one ticked off customer, a bad rep and less business. Don't bother writing "Customer Service" - they won't even respond. And they lie when they say "Providing the “Right Part… Right Price… Right Now…” AND "Providing the highest level of customer service..." IS A JOKE ON US. British Parts Northwest has a good selection, and ordering from vendors overseas will get your parts to you as fast for LESS.
