First of all I went to Hair Club in 2007 and they acted and talked like my own hair was blended in and this was going to make me feel better about myself. Hair Club was aware that I was low income. Finally day of hair restoration. That is when I found out they expected you to buy hair 3 to 4 times a year and that I was to now use a different entrance. They don't want new people to know how it really is. They glued this hair piece on my head and I could not wash underneath. A week later they added clamps so I could take it off. Anyway this is a poorly built hair piece. My suggestion is go to a wig salon and buy a wig or hair piece. Hair Club is a scam please save your money. Rebecca Thompson

Well, the only thing I've ever gotten there was a facial, ahd the lady used gloves! I think that's a big no-no, because you can't feel the friction between the fingers and the skin, you can't feel how hot/cold the towel is... it's just not pleasant to get your face rubbed in with gloves! Just for that reason i wouldn't go back. Staff is friendly, may be their other services are fine.
