        Overall

        I've been dealing with BCR for many years now. I've always gotten GREAT deals there. Greg recently repaired an old Ovation that I recently picked up. The Ovation sounds and looks FANTASTIC. This is THE PLACE TO GO!!!

        Overall

        Had a headstock repaired by Greg after UPS destroyed it in shipping and once it was done, I couldnt tell it was ever broken. They are TRUE HONEST professionals and I RECOMMEND them to everyone for repairs as well as purchasing new & used equipment. Their knowledge is 2nd to none!
