Rude and unproffessional

So at this location, over the last couple of months I have come to find that there are only 3 employees that work here: the owners - a husband and wife, and another woman. The wife, which I just found out today, was even the owner, has consistently been not only rude to be but down right messed up. And I mean every since time. I'm not sure if it's because I am a women of color or what, but every single time I have gone in there she ask pointless and redundant questions, such as, "where is this going?" Well f you would look at the shipping paper that you just snatched from me, it would kind of tell you.

As far as the packing part of their title, I guess packing is packing, I would just expect a little consistency every time I go. Like for example: if on 3 different days I ship the same exact thing, and the same person is there packing said items, why is it that on day one and two the packaging is one cost and on day three it is a completely different, higher cost?

Obviously they do not value customer loyalty because it is pretty clear that because of my work I ship things on a regular basis, and yet this woman has done nothing to make me want to come back and use her services OTHER then the fact that she own the ONLY FedEx approved shipping / pick up hub in the area.

Once more, today I finally got fed up with her horrible attitude toward me, and went to speak to a manager (how I came to find out she was actually one of the owners) and ended up speaking with her husband. Frankly, I know he's doing her and all (ewe), but let's get serious. You are supposed to be running a business. If a customer has a complaint you take that complaint, and you see what you can do to either make it better or make sure it doesn't happen again. The entire time I was telling him about the horrible customer service his wife provides, he was doing nothing but disregard what I was saying and evade my questions as to not answer them.

Please, FedEx: make a freakin office here or in Hanford!!
