Awful people that take absolutely no pride in the quality of the products they sell.
My dad recently had his septic tank inspected and was told it had to be replaced due to a crack on the side. He was fine with this considering it was around 30 years old. So he ordered a new tank from Quacker City, now I didn't hear the conversation so I can't say for sure if he wanted them to deliver it three days late so ill ignore that. But what I couldn't ignore was when I was looking at the "brand new" tank they just dropped off was a crack that ran from the bottom of the tank to the middle seem!!! Now im sure your thinking that this is the end of the story, wrong! We took a picture and sent it to the company before we called so they would see what we were describing, and ill just say im glad that I was sitting down when I called because what they told me to do to remedy the situation would blow my mind. "Just put some sealer over it" now stop cleaning your glasses because you did read that right. The only solution they could come up with was to put some gosh darn sealer over it, and nothing else. I've never written a review in my life but I felt I had to protect others from going through the same experience. Thanks, N. Peterson

We use quaker septic to service and clean our aeration system whenever we have a problem or questions they send someone out and are very helpful

We had an emergency issue with our septic that we needed to contact them. They are closed after 3:30 and have no answering machine. We called and emailed.

The next morning when we got ahold of them they were very unprofessional. It's sad that in a small town their customers are not treated kindly. The issue could have been easily taken care of if they had an emergency number to contact someone. Also when they responded to the problem they assumed it was something we did wrong and was not kind on the phone about this. When the service guy did finally come to the house it was not a issue where we were at fault. And no apology for how we were talked to. Some customer service would go a long way with this company.
