Check your bag before leaving drive thru! 2 out of 3 items I ordered didn't get in my bag! Gezzz people you had No other customers! One order you screwed it up!
Went in for lunch waited on my food for about 15 minutes while at least 10 other people who came in after me were getting their food when me and another couple who had ordered their food before me asked about our orders we were told that they were working on them I asked did they fill the orders backward so they just looked at me like I was crazy so asked for my money back was told the manager would come and talk with me that didn't happen so I left without my food or money safe to say want be coming back anytime soon.
Took 30 minutes to get our food then it was cold. Took it back to be remade and it was cold again. This Burger King is the worst I have ever been to.
AWFUL! stale bun's, old fries, and the meat tasted funny. I have ate many times at other Arby's the food has been cooked fresh and taste wonderful but this Arby's was the first and for most worst one I have ever had. I have tried to eat there twice once during my lunch hour and another time with my family during supper time.

I just wanted to let you know how kind and helpful that your people at Arbys are. Particularly Dauria who is the general manager and Brittany Brtek was as sweet as she could be. My truck got stalled in the ordering window, it was blazing hot and I was so upset. I went inside to call my mechanic and before I could turn around, the young women at Arbys enlisted the help of a very nice customer who moved my truck out of the way. Then, Dauria and Britanny gave me some cold water which was very much appreciated, especially because I was so frustrated that I didn't even think of it. Then, they got a friend over (very quickly I might add), to see if he could help. By then I got my temperamental truck started. One of the girls was with me almost all the time and were so nice! One rarely sees such good customer service these days, at least in my opinion. They were so young and well mannered and helpful, I just had to write and let somebody know. I will be a regular customer at the Leesville Arbys and encourage everyone I know to go there also.Thanks again to Dauria and Britanny.Suanne
Horrible management, bad service, unprofessional, and just wrong. They can ring it up right but they can never give it out right. Don't waste your money or time. Go somewhere else.
I just had the most horrible meal ever. Well actually we couldn't eat our food. Couldn't get our money back either. We ordered the crunchy 5dollar boxes they didn't give us one burrito and none of the cinnamon twists. Got our twists and they said we had all our burritos I had emptied the bag and counted but when she took the bag around the corner somehow it showed up. Everything was cold and stale and SOGGY!!!!! It was nasty and refused a refund. I will never set foot in that place again. The Leesville store is a hundred times nicer and have never gotten a mixed up order or bad food. Unless you want to pay for slop don't do it.
