My wife and I came on New Years Day looking to buy a new Toyota Sienna. Andrew took us on a test drive and then we negotiated the sale price. Andrew was very friendly and polite through the whole process. I never felt pressured. The bargaining was very cordial. Andrew also helped with the transfer of items from our trade in to the new car which was helpful on a cold day. He also helped put in new floor mats the next day when I had to go back to give a check. He also followed up a few days later to see if everything was ok and if we had any questions that he could help with. Thanks Andrew.
Bryant Tate was a pleasure to work with. From the moment we met Bryant, we felt at ease and not pressured. He was very patient and extremely knowledgable about the Highlander and all of its features. He has fantastic customer service skills, very friendly and an excellent representative for Toyota and his dealership. After we left the dealership, he followed up with us to see if we had any other questions and to see if there was anything else he could do for us. When I contacted him to let him know we were interested in purchasing the car, he did his best to get the price of the car to match our budget. Bryant was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and very upfront with all of the costs associated with the car. We really appreciated that because many dealerships would not give us the breakdown on the costs of the car. Once we agreed on the price, Bryant did everything to make the process smooth and quick. He was able to get everything processed and the car ready in a very short time period. Mike, in the fiancé department, handled our paperwork quickly and professionally. This car buying experience was the easiest we have ever experienced and when we need another car- we will be sure to contact Bryant and refer our friends and family to him.
The staff at AutoNation were a dream to work with. Amanda handled my test drive and sale. Her easy going and jovial demeanor allowed me to feel relaxed and created one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
We had an all around terrible experience at this dealership. If you decide to go to this dealership, the best advice I can give is get your financing pre-approved through a lender not associated with this dealership! And I would also set boundaries with these people on how much bad customer service you will tolerate. Be willing to walk away at any time during the process with this dealership. We went there to look at a car they had advertised on the internet. It had front end damage that they didn't mention in the ad. Then they did the ole go back and forth to the manager to get an interest rate for financing so we did that for a few hours which was extremely annoying. Then the salesman came back after "running our credit" to tell us that his manager said our interest rate would be 4.99% and based on that we agreed to purchase the car. They sent us to another building to wait for financing where we literally sat waiting for 2 HOURS to sign all the papers. While we were signing the papers, nothing was explained to us that was on the finance papers and I happen to notice that the interest rate listed on the financing was not 4.99 but instead a whopping 7.49%. I pointed this out to the finance manager who told me oh no, they don't run your credit until you go to sign papers. So the salesman lied to us so he could get the sale. I should have walked away. Then when we were leaving the salesman ripped the tint on the car when he was trying to take off the stickers. Promised us that someone would call us in a week to set up an appt to fix. ONE MONTH later no call and no one would return my phone calls. I finally found someone to help me after 5 phone calls and finally got it fixed. The new tint they put on the window is not done very well and has some minor bubbles in it. I have left messages for the "owner" but have never gotten any return calls. No shocker there. I have left messages for the salesman, Eddie Lyons, and never received any phone calls back. I have left messages for the sales manager and never received any phone calls back. When you call to complain that no one returns your phone calls, they will tell you that is not there practice and that it is totally unacceptable and then they don't return your phone calls. I think this is standard practice for them. Too many people there that I left messages for that did not return my phone calls for it not to be anything other than standard practice. Overall, a slimy dealership. And the car I bought has electrical issues. Be very careful buying anything from this dealership and be prepared to play the back and forth game where they leave you sitting for hours while they lie to you about your interest rate and lie to you about promising to find a better interest rate and they lie to you about returning phone calls or keeping promises. If they have a car you must have and it is not available any where else and you can't wait for it to come on the market at another dealership, then get your financing pre-approved and be prepared to walk away. Awful experience, awful dealership, liars for employees.
Terrible place! Where to start... first the sales guy and staff were very unprofessional which was a surprise to me as my husband purchased a vehicle a year before and had no issues (this was before it was auto nation). Second after purchasing the car the sales guy was nowhere to be found. He didn't go over anything with me about the vehicle features. Third they did all my paperwork for the wrong VIN #. The manager called and asked me to come back a month later to do all the paperwork again. My guess is they tried to sell the other car and found out it was registered under my name. Then when I went to sign the paperwork for the right VIN# the purchase price was not correct. Lastly my husband calls to make an appointment for his vehicle and was told that they were busy and under staffed that they would transfer him to someones voicemail. When he said no can I just want to make an appointment they hung up on him. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere no matter how convenient
These folks will rip you off... charges that they just made up and higher than sticker prices... watch out.
Oh my...where do I begin? This was my last stop searching for my car. I'm a "no b.s./let's- get -it -done" kind of person. I know what I like and that's it. I found this cute little MINI Countryman I wanted to take for a spin. Drove it, decided it was a GO!Bob Shartarsky was my salesperson. He informed me my MINI was all wheel drive- it in fact, is not. Bob also informed me the MINI had the technology package integration- it also, in- fact, does not. Those things did upset me, as I am not into being deceived. However, it gets much better. The web listing stated the car was $21,300 but when I got the official documents they had somehow made the price of the car much more expensive than it originally was suppose to be, beyond DC tax and tags. It was several thousand more than it was suppose to be. When I looked at the price it was around 24K, after tax and tags....by the time I got the paperwork back it was much more.I also noticed when I was transferring my articles from one car to the other, someone had taken my bumper guard off my old car. My friend also noticed that it was gone but Chris Trigger (financing) came outside to discuss some matters and by the time we had wrapped up i had forgotten to ask about it. I work, a lot, and I called a week and half afterwards to speak to someone about my bumper guard. I spoke to Bob first who told me I needed to "understand how the car business works and the dealership throws things like that away." In my line of work I call the person to see if I can return it to them. That is the only decent thing to do in my eyes. It's called "honesty," go figure?!?!I then spoke to the dealership manager who must have not completed junior high school because that's just as far as his reasoning seemed to go and that ended up with him being arrogant, antagonizing, and divisive. Basically, if you want bent over and screwed without any lube-go here! They do not know how to treat their customers and once they have your money, they don't & won't care about you or what happens to your car. I'm surprised this dealership does not have anymore poor reviews because I can 't be the only one with customer service as bad as I got here.I'm also glad to find I can share this review on Facebook. I'm also going to share it on every site I can. Thanks for the crappy experience!
We looked around for a new but used car. We wanted something new and reliable however we didn’t have enough credit or money to afford a brand new car. We were smart shoppers. We did our research and went to many different dealers. We then stopped by Leesburg Honda and everything changed front heat point. They told us we could get a brand new car in our budget. That made us really happy. We are now the proud owners of a new Accord and we love it. We are so glad we stopped by Leesburg Honda. They changed everything.
Leesburg Honda had a great selection of car for us to choose from. Many models in many different colors. When we arrived there we weren’t bombarded like most other dealers. Brad very kindly said if you guys need any help just let me know and ill be right there. That gave us a great deal or relief that we weren’t going to be hassled and forced to make a purchase. We did pick out and Brad took us for a test drive and the rest is history. Greatest car buying experience I have ever had.
We looked around for a new car for a while. We looked at a few different dealers and test drove several cars. We just really enjoyed the new Honda CRV. We test drove it at Leesburg Honda. We didn’t purchase that day but we did go back. When we went back to my surprise the person that helped us remembered us. That shows me I wasn’t just another person to him. We looked at a few different models they had to offer. Some had all the bells and whistles and some only had the bear essentials. We went with one that we felt would serve our needs. They gave us a great deal and were very helpful. A big Thanks goes out to the entire team at Leesburg Honda.
