Services include Ayurveda for all ages: seasonal diet and yoga poses, pregnancy diet and yoga, cleanses and detox, and weight loss diet plans personalized for individual body types. Vinaya also offers Reiki, Meditation Lesson via Skype. Vinaya travels to private clients' homes and corporate clients' offices throughout the Washington DC Metro area.

        Vinaya is the best!

        She is exceptional in her teaching, She is creative in her own way. I just love everything about her, her style and she is super creative in designing her sequence. Her voice can relax and calm anyone within few seconds. She has truly what it takes to be a great yoga teacher.

        I personally started as her corporate client, ended up taking privates. She is extraordinary and always leaves me wanting more of her time. She is reasonable and very caring for the price she charges. Yoga and meditation is truly her passion.

        Vinaya makes me feel I am important and not just another client in her schedule, She gives her time generously and is very professional. She is a holistic healer, her Reiki and IET sessions are a miracle. I have even taken her private meditation sessions, She has brought joy and inner peace in my life.



        She is truly a yogi from India! I recommend her over all the western yoga teachers around.
