Sweet & Sassy

If I could give less than one star to this business I would. I researched where to get my 2 year old daughters ears pierced for over a week. I finally picked sweet and sassy looking forward to the princess like treatment that I saw came with the special day. We drove over an hour to get to the Leesburg location. We came in we picked out $40 earrings that I thought with all the extras it was worth it. My two year old was put in the chair and I went to tell her it would hurt a bit however the girl that was piercing snipped at my NO it won't. I then held her hands while they pierced both her ears at the same time (only plus to the trip). Of course it hurt and she cried.They then rushed us out. We did not get any special treatment. We did not receive the certificate or photo that the website says you will receive. Finally as she was in tears the girl checking us out at the register asked if she had gotten a lolly pop and gave her one. While paying they asked my three times if I would like to add a tip. I did not want to but gave in as I did not want to start screaming in front of my daughter. I was so angry with the ordeal. Then that night the earnings fell out and I luckily found them in her bed and out them back in. This place messed up so bad. When I called to tell them the next day their response was if they could give my daughter an updo, she is 2. Then the I could have gone to Claires and gotten this done much cheaper.
