Dale Williams is the one you want to talk to and deal with. Not only is he exceptionally skilled and talented, he is honest and committed to his customers. I worked with Dale a few years back, and he designed the most amazing deck – one only I could have dreamed of. I am currently having him design an addition for me, and again, he has been wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed. I will continue to recommend him.

Dale and Kenny Williams recently completed our dream deck and we could not be happier. We've had a few friends over and they were blown away at the craftsmanship.



Dale has an incredible eye for design and he worked within some fairly strict parameters as we wanted a screened in porch that had to wrap around half of our house. He was a pleasure to work with and designed everything by hand.



We met Kenny the first day of construction and he was just as helpful and courteous as Dale. The workers were timely, skilled and professional. They worked very well as a team and were very helpful when we had questions. Without reservation, I can recommend them to anyone in Northern VA who's looking for a deck and/or screened in porch.

This is a quality company. I had a wonderful experience with Kenny and his brother Dale. Dale worked with me on design and price and I was very satisfied. I received 3 quotes and although not the cheapest, they offered the best value.



The crew was wonderful. They arrived at 7:20 am every day, ready to start work at 7:30. They worked hard and cleaned the site every evening before leaving. The work was of high quality and precision.



I am a tough customer and they met my expectations. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Best experience I ever had. Great prices. Great communication. Great work. I see complaints listed about the slow responses. Perhaps it needs to be considered that a high-valued company is going to have a high volume of work. Being a family-owned and small business, I think they do a phenomenal job in handling such a large workload. I, for one, take comfort in knowing that I am dealing with a company who is in such high demand.



I definitely recommend them, and they will be my only choice for all future work on my home.

I had a pretty possitive experience with Kenny Williams Construction. I agree with the last two reviews that kenny is impossible to talk to, but his brother designed a fantastic deck at a reasonable price. The workers were neat, professional, and finished in about two weeks. They even installed some great railing and step lighting. All-in-all a good experience

I agree with the other reviewer. Dave Williams (Kenny's brother) is a smooth talker making the job seem like we're getting the best deal and best service. Kenny didn't fulfill the entire job, he made sure he didn't intend on finishing our basement job even though our contract clearly stated he was going to "finish" our basement. He said he'd come back and finish our wet bar....months later he never did despite our contract agreement. I didn't want to go through the hassle of suing him...he's not worth another ounce of my time except for me writing this review. DO NOT USE THEM, BIG TIME LIARS IN THIS TERRIBLE INDUSTRY....GRUMPY CUSTOMER.

Only hire Kenny and his sidekick brother Dale if you want months of unreturned phone calls when the work is never done. It took me three months to finally get my deposit back, guess I should consider myself lucky in that respect. I received a few messages back where Kenny said he'd fulfill the contract, but he was sure to always call a different number than from where I called from. For example, I'd call from my cell and he'd call me back at home. I'd call him from home, and he'd call my work. In my opinion, he is the type of contractors that give contractors a bad name. Hire anyone, but don't hire Kenny. If you do hire him, good luck and make sure you have the phone number of the state contractor commissioner, the BBB, the state licensing board and anyone else who can help you.
