They sold us a truck and used their OBD diagnostics to see if there was any issues with it. It was 5 pm. it showed 3 minor issues for repairs. Next day at 8 pm I had my mechanic check it and it came up with 13 issues of which a few were serious like Transmission problem. Took it back that morning to exchange it with a better truck but they would only buy it back at 2K less than what I bought it 18 hours ago. They are certified crooks. Moreover very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEY CROOKS.

My wife and I came on New Years Day looking to buy a new Toyota Sienna. Andrew took us on a test drive and then we negotiated the sale price. Andrew was very friendly and polite through the whole process. I never felt pressured. The bargaining was very cordial. Andrew also helped with the transfer of items from our trade in to the new car which was helpful on a cold day. He also helped put in new floor mats the next day when I had to go back to give a check. He also followed up a few days later to see if everything was ok and if we had any questions that he could help with. Thanks Andrew.
I brought a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe from Nova Auto Sale in July 2004. The vehicle looked just as good in person as it showed on the website Cars.com. It was evident that this dealership took care to really clean and made sure that the vehicle looked sharp. Moe was upfront and honest. No pressure sale. I felt at ease during the process of the sale and left the dealership with my new vehicle feeling very content about the purchase. The customer service was great. This is an HONESTLY run business - Ali is a stand-up owner of the business and he stands behind his cars. He buys good well-running vehicles and then has his mechanic go over them carefully before he offers them to the customer. He will tell you straight-up the details of any car- its good points and what trouble may occur based on the age or make of the vehicle. I bought a 2004 BMW 325 xi. The only problem was minor- side mirrors that needed to be fixed so that they could be adjusted electronically from the inside- not a deal-breaker for me in the least. In the first week I had it, there was a mechanical issue but he had it fixed at his expense and it runs beautifully now- absolutely no problems, and the cost was more than reasonable! I tell everyone I can about this business because my experience was so great!
