I found a very nice car listed for a decent price, reached out, and worked with the dealership to arrange a deal with trade. I'm already financed, so it should have been a pretty painless process. Which I will admit, it was going very smoothly until I received an email from the dealership stating "Good news! We just lowered the price!". When I replied to the email asking the price, I was told it was an error.When I check the website, the vehicle is listed for $100 lower than the NEGOTIATED price. They made attempts to convince me that my price was the best deal they could do, they're giving it away, etc.I understand their intent is to take as much money from me as possible, but to blatantly think I'm an idiot, and to tell me how great of a deal I'm getting is just disrespectful.Buyer beware. When buying a car from them, wait a week or two and see if they lower the price.This is the most difficult experience I've had trying to purchase a vehicle -- and I'm already financed!
Michael knew what features I wanted in a car and he called me and said "your car just came in" and it was indeed the perfect car for me--exactly what I wanted. The buying process was easy and he did a great job showing me how everything works. I really love my car!
