I was going to give a good review, but glad I waited. I'll paint you a picture. I'm in a wheelchair, struggling to get better. I've been in this wheelchair for 5 years now, basically, for all of my son's adult life. I had a stroke his senior year. I watched him graduate in my wheelchair, missed his college days, and I've only known his girlfriend of 4 years or her family since I've been in a wheelchair. I was elated when I was able to help him buy a car with some of my savings. But now, 2 months later, I'm told it needs $1600 worth of brake work. The mechanic even told us that he had them that, but they chose to wait. Midwest is us it's not their problem, because that particular salesman is no longer with the. Probably the only good that comes from this is we had bought their least expensive car on their lot.
NEVER BUY FROM LEE SUMMIT INSTANT AUTO or from Bryant Lipari the sales manager for the store in lee summit is the worse person to ever sell cars! He was rude and very discriminatory towards me and my friends. Just because we rode together. I’m so hurt by these actions. Anyone of color or riding together please don’t go there any where else but here !!!!!
I had a very good car buying/trade in experience with Lighthouse Auto. There was a minor issue with the car I was buying in regard to inspection and Bob took care of it immediately and delivered the car to my work the next day. I would recommend Lighthouse Auto and use them again. I received a fair price for my trade in and paid a fair price for the suv purchased. No pressure.
I have no problems with them. I have bought 3 cars from them and i still have 2 of them. They always work with me and very friendly people.
up until yesterday I drove a ford focus, But I'm a truck lover so I stopped by to see Sam . In one day Sam got me into the truck of my dreams. a dodge ram with a hemi!! oh yeah. I WAS VERY HAPPY to have him on my side. :).
I would never refer anybody. Worst company ever. So much for being a loyal customer to them, all they do is lie.
People are nice and will work with you though fail to mention what kind of lemon they are selling you.. make sure to get a car fax before you get the vehicle. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Agree does not help payments are way to high and i believe with the high payments there should be a grace period.Times get a little rough out here but ask them do they care. The answer is no, i have had my car shut of a couple of times while at work and asked to have time to pay when i got off and my car was shut off after i got off. RUDE RUDE RUDE
This finance company is NOT helping my credit rating as promised on their second chance financing. I am paying way too much for an older vehicle. the intent was to rebuild bad credit. does NOTHING for it, but will surely turn your car off if they dont receive payment NO grace period and rude people.
I recently purchased a car through Herrington Automotive. Didn't have any problems! They provided an accurate car history for each time it was taken to get maintenance and the accident history (thankfully, there wasn't one). Good price and excellent customer service from everyone we came in contact with. We ended up going on vacation and coming back almost a week later to purchase the car we had our eye on and they held it for us, even after having multiple other people show interest in the car! How many dealerships can say they've done that for someone? I would highly recommend taking your car-buying business to Herrington Automotive - because of them, my husband and I have our dream car without breaking the bank.
