Replaced our storm damage roof. Excellent service. Quick response. Completed on time and as promised. Superior workmanship. High quality material. Cleaned up after completion. Very satisfied.

This company does not do good work at all.
The roof they put on is in my opinion worth less than what I have to pay for it.
Many no-calls, No-shows.
Foreman did not show me he was able to do good workmanship in many areas that he told me he could.
Foreman was not on job site with the roofing crew and the roofing crew could not speak English well or at all.
Work was not done in a timely manner or not completed at all.
I have to repair or finish work that preferred roofing either did poorly or not at all.

I had them come out and inspect my gutters to make sure they were working good and gutter screens. . They charged me $450.00 just to take off existing screens and readjust. Then this past summer we had a lot of rain and come to find out all my gutters were clogged and had a lot of damaged to my basement. I cleaned out all gutters and now problem solved. I can't believed they did not check gutters which was the main reason I had them come out. I would never use this company again. Big rip off.

Preferred Roofing was a pleasure to work with during this project. They helped me to obtain the most money possible from insurance company. The job was done quickly, accurately and professionally. There were no surprises… Which was great. I would definitely use them for future projects and I will recommend their services to friends and family.
