Mindy's Dance Center

Hello. I am currently a teacher at Mindy’s Dance Center, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility. I grew up at a competition studio in Kansas. Then, went on to further my training with an emphasis in ballet, and I am still training to this day. With the background of well-established and respected teachers, professors and mentors, I can say with all honesty that this dance center is raising young future performers that have an appreciation for the performing arts. Nowadays, it is hard to find a studio owner that has a deep and sincere passion for the arts. Mindy and Jason have created a safe, family friendly environment. It is an inspirational, well-rounded facility for the young dancer in training. This is the place your child can learn the "art of dance" and love doing it. Smiles and giggles and such talent!



It is a joy to watch each girl or boy develope their skills of dancing, at first with baby steps and then all at once the talent and personality just bubbles out. The girls and boys work hard and it shows. The program in June was a wonderful display of how far each student has come and how far they still can go.

I have danced at Mindy's Dance Center for the past year, and have loved every minute of it. Every class i go to i am welcomed by a warm smile, and i learn different things every week. Mindy and the other instructors have helped me become a better dancer. This is the place to be if your just starting out or if you've been dancing for years! :)

Our daughter has been dancing for 10 years and we have danced at several studios in different states. I am very happy with the the knowledge and ability of every instructor at Mindy's. This first year at Mindy's has been a blast for my daughter. She really enjoys the technique classes (something our other studios didn't offer) at the studio.They have helped her improve immensely over the last year. Wow! Finally a great dance studio in Lee's Summit that has true attention to detail. I must say that I am very please with the class room sizes, tuition prices and of course the staff. They take great pride in all that they do. The studio truly stands behind their motto "Where tomorrow success begins today". Your child as did mine will truly learn all the skills needed to become the dancer that they have always dreamed of. Not only is the skill level at this studio amazing, but so is the level of self esteem that they teach your child. I have yet to ever see a child leave unhappy from MIndy's Dance Center. The only experiences I have ever seen have been positive.



Mindy and Jason have designed a studio that is very warm and compasionate about dancing and famlies. Anyone who truly is dedicated to having their child excell in the dance field or just looking to build your childs self-esteem should check this place out. You will not be dissatisfied!

Mindy's Dance Center is truly a great place to dance. From the young ages of 3 and 4 through the teenage years. Every instructor at this studio is exceptionally talented with many years of experience. How many places can you go where your childs instructor can actually do everything they are teaching your child at any level!!! The owners, Mindy and Jason Kerr have been so great. They have really strived to give their customers more, for less. They have developed a family atmosphere by supplying their patrons with many extras that you wouldn't get elsewhere while still being competively priced. WOW, that doesn't happen often. If you want your child to learn and develop life skills while having FUN, this is totally the place for you. We have recently been thorugh our first recital with Mindy's and you would not believe how many compliments our family and friends had about the show. It was a great showcase of the many talents Mindy's studio has to offer. And, for the first year of business, I can't think of any other recital I have ever been to that ran so smoothly! You won't go wrong bringing your child to this studio! Give it a try!
