I've went to this vitamin shoppe since it opened. At the begining it was wonderful, everyone was very nice and helpful. Recently they got a new manager, I can't remember his name now but he isn't the best in customer service. I have spent a lot at this store, the workers know me, so when this guy was rude to me I was very taken back. They have a return policy where if you dont like the product you can bring it back. Since they have opened I've returned 2 inexpensive preworkouts. The first I had a pretty bad reaction to, and they didn't seem to have a problem returning it, this is before the new managment. The second I just recently returned. The manager seemed to be irritated by me returning the item. I told him after one use there was no effect, what good is a preworkout if it doesn't work. When I brought it back, by the way this was like three or four months after my first return. The manager told me I was close to my cannot return limit. What? And that if this preworkout didn't work that none of the ones in the store would work for me. Another worker tried offering another product, said he liked it but the manager interrupted and told me I've been taking preworkout to long and it isn't going to work, that I need to get something some where else. I'm a polite person so I just said ok then that's what I'll do and left. This place could be so much better if he wasn't there. Needless to say I'm not going back.
