If I could give this Sonic negative stars, I would do so. The food was terrible, the wait was long and management is dishonest. My daughter and I went to this Sonic and ordered 2 Sonic blasts and they basic gave us vanilla ice cream. Also gave the attendant a $50 for an order that was $18.60 and only got back $1.40. When I finally realized the discrepancy and called them, they at first agreed to refund me the difference, then on the 3rd phone call to them, said they would not, even after verification of a receipt. Terrible service, terrible management, terrible food. Will not go back ever.

I was just at this location and placed a drive-thru order. When I arrived home the order was not at all what I had ordered and I proceeded to call 7 times and each time the call went to fax. No one ever came to the phone. Very poor and disappointing experience!!! Food received was not anything I would ever order.

This is one of the most poorly mismanaged fast food restaurants in Lee's Summit. The drive-through was backed up around the building with no went inside except myself and another customer. I stood at the front counter ready to order for 15 minutes and no one came to take my order. There were three people working in the Taco Bell and all three of them saw me at the counter but continued to do other things. One employee walked around aimlessly as if you didn't have anything to do including interest in taking my order. With headphones around their neck and a filthy floor, the last thing these people want to do is do their job.
workers seem to have no idea what's on their menu. Everytime I get different answers to the same order on whether they have it and how long they have not had it when I can get it at the same place, different worker with no special order the day before. What is this MIRACLE FOOD that keeps changing? A damned hamburger with ketchup and pickles. going between 1 and 2.10 every time and it's really aggravating because the workers argue with you and tell you you're wrong (or at least they tell me) when I tell them I had that order the previous night. What is wrong with this store?
Love the way they do things here! Great prices and the food is always consistent. Healthy and love the fact they are wanting to do away with GMOs!
I have never been to an eating establishment that had such disrespectful and RUDE employees. I went through the drive thru, ordered, and when I got my receipt, my order was wrong. I asked if they could change it to what i wanted and the employee says "well, why didn't you just say that" At that time, I demanded the manager. The "GM" proceeded to argue with me about my order when at that point I was more upset about how I was treated and I was in such disbelief that someone in the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BUSINESS would continue to argue and place blame on the customer that I couldn't even finish a thought or my argument to make my point about the CUSTOMER SERVICE, or lack thereof. Ultimately, the GM demanded I get out of the drive thru, reimbursed me, and flipped me off. Now, I wasn't an angel at all because I too exchanged colorful language, but being someone who has spent a good 5 or 6 YEARS in the customer service industry, having just obtained a career where it is not the center of my job, I know that the actions that were taken on the part of these two employees would have meant IMMEDIATE TERMINATION. I called their corporate office and informed them of the situation. This is not the only issue I have had with this restaurant, but it is the final straw. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a business that hires such people.
