I called to have them refill a script I have been on for 20 years Friday morning. In the afternoon I called to check on the status and the system didn’t recognize the rx number so I waited for a pharm tech. She asked if I minded holding. I told her no. 5 minutes later, nothing. After being unable to speak to any, I haven’t had my meds and have spent the weekend in withdrawal (no these aren’t pain meds. They are for another condition and after 20 years I am dependent but not addicted. In other words I NEED them but don’t crave them or get high off them.). This is the worst service and I have said for years I was going to change pharmacies. It’s happening Monday.

A pharmacy staff member lied to me, and when I found this out I thought everyone should know. So if you use them you will know not to take their advice, and anything they tell you back it up it up from another source.
