33 Miles off the lot my F250 lights up with a check engine. Told to repair the truck that they tell me "there was nothing wrong with when it left the lot." Has a need for about 1500.00 - 2,000 worth of repairs. They stopped responding when I started asking if they would do the right thing and make this right. I have had the truck for 2 days and only driven it once from the lot to home. These guys are less than trustworthy in my book. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Buyer beware they will say whatever they need to make you feel like there couldn't be a thing wrong with the vehicle.
Great, honest guys, who know mechanically about their vehicles. So many dealerships just look at the outside. These guys make sure their vehicles are good quality with no issues. We are extremely happy with our experience working with them, and would do it again!

My husband and I went to a car dealership to look at a vehicle we saw online. We decided to pursue financing through the dealership and left a $500 down payment with them that day. We were given a "Bill of Sale" that shows the price of the vehicle, our down payment, and the balance of the vehicle. We DID NOT take possession of the vehicle. Our credit score was lower than we thought and the finance company would give us a loan minus $3000, causing us to have to come up with additional money down. We couldn't and didn’t want to do this. The car dealership then said we lied to them about our credit and they refuse to give us back our down payment money.

I purchased a 2000 camry with 28,000 miles. car is perfect and was what it was said to be. the issue I have had for the past 5 weeks is I do not have a title. I took a personal loan out for the car and there was a notice to encumber the title to the bank. went to get the title from the bank and they didn't have!!!!! I contacted lannie the manager about this and she said it was sent to my house. it never showed up at my house and the tracking proved that. she also knows I can do nothing with the car as I don't have a title. on 1-26-16 she says I need to pay 100$ for replacement I said absoutley not it was there mistake. on 2-2-16 she said money is in and they are waiting for replacement from ma. I ask 2-3 times a week for update on this. on 2-17-16 I asked for another update on this as its been almost 6 weeks with a car in my driveway I can not drive. she responded that when it comes she will get in the mail and I need to stop harassing her with emails. I was very nice up to this point.
So I have to give at least 1 star? After this debacle 0 stars is more appropriate. As of today I cannot drive the car that I purchased from them, both temp tags have expired and they still have not sent me the title to the vehicle to have it registered. So I'm left car-less. But issues started after first taking the vehicle off the lot. I Immediately received a "stop vehicle immediately" error message along with ABS indicator light. I suspect that they reset error codes on the car for the test drive. This must be funny to them, the owner MR. Awad and another individual laughed when I asked for a rental due to them not sending my title (if they even have it) in a timely manner.
This dealer was kinda rocky at first to work with the owner didnt seem to be very friendly nor really showing much interest in my business i almost said forget it and wanted to go else where but i got a return call from the receptionist Melissa who went beyond the call of duty to earn my business she even got me approved financing options plus did all of paperwork involve very nice and patient young lady i really applaud her and her efforts the owner is so rude and cocky he totally disrespected her verbally right in front of me on a mistake that was made on a wrong pricing of a listed vehicle he priced and said she priced when she showed him on paper where he wrote the price himself and not her he didnt even have the common decentcy to apologize to the young lady he just rudely replied WELL TELL THE CUSTOMER MISTAKES HAPPENS walked away and left her to deal with the at that point angry customer on the ph long story short if you even decide to business with this dealer work with her direct are be ready to deal with a smart arogant none caring owner who can care less if you buy his vehicle or not but on another note the cars are in great condition and prices are great compared to surrounding dealers
Great dealer , great body shop ! Owners are very pleasant and good mechanics. I highly recommend it :)
Go see Becky Martin..She's the best in town and will beat the rest..
