33 Miles off the lot my F250 lights up with a check engine. Told to repair the truck that they tell me "there was nothing wrong with when it left the lot." Has a need for about 1500.00 - 2,000 worth of repairs. They stopped responding when I started asking if they would do the right thing and make this right. I have had the truck for 2 days and only driven it once from the lot to home. These guys are less than trustworthy in my book. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Buyer beware they will say whatever they need to make you feel like there couldn't be a thing wrong with the vehicle.
Great, honest guys, who know mechanically about their vehicles. So many dealerships just look at the outside. These guys make sure their vehicles are good quality with no issues. We are extremely happy with our experience working with them, and would do it again!
Dales Towing is a horrible business! An absolute nightmare! I am an older lady, and was traveling with my young puppy, to go to a long anticipated, and long planned weekend with my daughters. My car stalled on the interstate as I was heading there. When I was finally able to coast over to the side of the interstate, and got my phone to call my emergency roadside service to get a tow, I realized I had NO PHONE SERVICE! I tried to keep calm, but it was 4:00 pm in JULY and it was pretty hot in a stopped car, that wouldn't even start so I get some air conditioner going. Every 20-30 minutes I would finally get a signal on my phone for a couple minutes. I was able to get on my paid data minutes, and actually get on the facebook messenger, and briefly ask a friend to call my insurance emergency roadside service, so they could call a tow truck for me. They told her it would be about 45 minutes. I had her STRESS to them, (and I heard her tell them), that I didn't really know what mile marker I was at, but that I had drove for about 20 miles from where I got on the interstate, and that I was around the 278 mile marker. But not real sure.2.5 hours later, no one had showed up, and I had kept trying to get another signal on my phone. Finally, after about 20 minutes of constantly hitting re-dial, I actually had a signal for a minute and got thru.Whoever the jerk was that answered the phone, was so very rude, and told me that the guy had already come to mile marker 278 and didn't see my car, so he was gone on to another call now! I was crying and very upset, and asked him how the guy missed me, when he knew what make and model and color my car was, and that I was sitting in broad daylight, with the hood up, and the passenger side door open, on the SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE! How could he have possibly missed me, when he had to PASS right by me, since he was coming from Lebanon. Plus the fact that I and my friend that had called for me, had both stressed that I was not sure exactly what mile marker I was close to!The guy was so rude! And said he was going to hang up, he didn't have to listen to me being upset. I never cussed him or talked hateful, I was just crying and very upset. When he said he was going to hang up, I BEGGED him not to, because I told him I hardly had phone signal the whole time I had been sitting there, so I would not be able to get thru to my insurance company, to go thru all that again! Luckily he did not hang up, but was still very rude and told me he would check and see if the guy had gotten very far, and if he could come back to where I was at. He said the guy said he would come back, but that it would be about 30 more minutes! The guy finally gets there, and was apparently driving a truck that wasn't his and he wasn't familiar with. He could not get the back of the truck down so that he could get my car on it !!!!! Seriously ????!!!!!I don't remember going through anything this stressful in a long time. I am old and that was just a horrible experience!I definitely do not recommend these rude, horrible arseholes !!!! And I will certainly be telling my insurance company and the LARGE insurance company that I work for, and facebook and anyone else I can warn against these incapable jerks !!!!!
Why do you have a driver that lools.likenhes 12 driving a tow truck? Especially a roll back? Tow drivers with multiple years experience is a plus doubt I'll be using this company for anything? Unit#3 Is what I saw

My husband and I went to a car dealership to look at a vehicle we saw online. We decided to pursue financing through the dealership and left a $500 down payment with them that day. We were given a "Bill of Sale" that shows the price of the vehicle, our down payment, and the balance of the vehicle. We DID NOT take possession of the vehicle. Our credit score was lower than we thought and the finance company would give us a loan minus $3000, causing us to have to come up with additional money down. We couldn't and didn’t want to do this. The car dealership then said we lied to them about our credit and they refuse to give us back our down payment money.

Just received a tow from Dale's.. Had Dale himself pick up and drop off a difficult "wheel/axle off E-150 work van" I was utterly amazed by his care unloading one of our work trucks. True professionalism in his trade. Not all towing companies are the same and Dale's definitely stands among the best! I really never leave reviews but this service just needed an honest mention...
