They will not send me an invoice/receipt/packingslip for the ipad I ordered. Without this information, I cannot obligate the cost on my office credit card statement.

I bought an unlocked phone from dell , they sais it would work on all carriers , I don't guess Verizon got the memo . I returned the phone , and the next thing I know I am getting another phone . This phone doesn't work either so I'm sending it back , thing is now I'm being charged for two phones , they say it takes around 30 days to post to my account . I am now having to pay on a 1200 bill and don't have anything to show for it .

ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. SALESPEOPLE LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU SOFTWARE THAT DOESN'T WORK.

THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T REPLACED ANY HARDWARE. SO YOU SAY, OKAY, REPLACE MY HARDWARE. THEN A SUPERVISOR IN NASHVILLE NAMED CHRIS STRICKLIN SAYS THAT HARDWARE WONT FIX YOUR PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY SELL YOU THE SOFTWARE, BUT THEY WON'T SERVICE THE SOFTWARE!!!! SO THE COMPUTER NEVER WORKED, NEVER WILL WORK, AND WILL NEVER BE FIXED!!!!! EVER!!!!

AND I SPENT $2,000!!!!!!!


MICHAEL DELL IS A SHAM ARTIST. HE IS A CON MAN. HE IS A CRIMINAL. DELL DOESN'T MAKE ANYTHING. THEY JUST ASSEMBLE PARTS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT WORK TOGETHER, AND THEY DON'T EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THEY DO!!!!

Do Not Purchase from Dell EVER!

I purchased a Dell laptop in July of 2007 because we wanted to support the local economy (dell located in Lebanon TN) and i have an older Dell desktop that is great. In January of 2008, I started to have issues with the computer. I have been on line with tech support and on the phone a total of at least 8 times since January. Each time takes around 3 to 4 hours and the issues are still not resolved. I would love to have a refund or a new computer, but Dell doesn't guarantee their products. It's as if they build their new stuff to only last 6 months, so you will either have to keep purchasing a warranty or buy new product. I can assure you just as I assured the broken English speaking Senior Manager from India that I will never ever purchase another product from Dell. So much for supporting the local economy!

I ordered a laptop on 7-14-07 in pink from DELL, they did not have pink so they canceled the order, did they tell us by email or phone? NO. Was I paying them every other week a payment so it would be paid off soon? YES...
The computer never came...
They said it was canceled because they don't have pink like advertised....
I reordered in Black,....still kept sending payments, computer never came,no emails no phone calls or updates from DELL....
We called them to ask where is computer, they said it was accidentally sent to Lebanon in Tennessee but no such address in Lebanon so they canceled the order again...funny, my order form had correct address and the billings they were sending us were getting to us just fine, but they said THERE IS NO SUCH ADDRESS ANYWHERE ON THIS PLANET,......any calls or emails from Dell to inform us??? OF COURSE NOT.
So now it is 10/12/07, 3rd try, 3 months later, and still no computer , I have a CREDIT of $504.92 on my Dell account. This time they canceled the order (without telling us again) because I had over paid on my account???
I have totally made up my mind DELL is STUPID.
After my sreamfest with them today, they are going to send me a check for $504.92 for the credit on my account & close our account which WE DEMANDED,... They said we could reopen any time if we wished. I asked them if they would send money to a company on a regular basis waiting on a product that was ordered 3 different times but canceled by their stupidity and they said of course not...
I also asked them to PLEASE send this recorded telephone conversation to the president of DELL which they said they absolutely would not, but I DID finally get this operator in Pakistan, that was where this particular operator was speaking to me from, to try real hard to speak audible ENGLISH.
Anyway, I am checking out HSN and Shopnbc, Staples and Office Depot. Someday I will get a laptop I promise,BUT NOT A DELL ...GATEWAY sounds good to me....
