I ordered a rack of ribs...cost 17.99...brought me a half rack and bar maid insisted it was a full rack! Was only 6 bones...pictures to follow... Moral of the story.. DO NOT ORDER THE RIBS!
We got to the restaurant early so we were seated after about a 15 minute wait. Although the restaurant wasn't so busy, the wait service was still slow. I had the Italian Sausage spaghetti and it was burned badly and tasted that way. My wife's meal was some better but still not what one should expect from a specialty restaurant. They could do much better.
The sunset is about is ma & pa as you can get . The food is great and the customer service is just as good !
We have been there twice since moving to Lebanon and both times we sat in the Bar Area. Our waitress was Haley and she was one of the sweetest and bubbly waitresses we have had in a long time. She waited on us quickly, she always checked on us throughout our stay and she was very professional. We were so glad to have her the second time we went and very happy on how she remembered us from the first time. You just couldn't ask for a better waitress. The food was great both times. The first time (March 21, 2017) I ordered prime rib and it was cooked to perfection by the cook. The second time (4/11/2017) we ordered the Cat Fish and it was delicious. Our meals came quickly and we had no complaints. We went both times on a Tuesday and so it wasn't quite as busy as a Friday or Saturday, but there still were quite a few customers and yet the service and food was excellent!We will definitely go back.
Take Out.....bartender spilled food within bag, I picked it up. I originally asked for a cup of water and I didn't get it, asked for extra avocado - guess what i didn't get it. They only gave me three little packs of ketchup as if I was at McDonalds (fries were cold anyway) and no napkins. Thanks Ruby Tuesday!
Got a drink when I first got here, then say for 10 minutes before asked if I wanted another, and still haven't gotten a drink 5 minutes after I told her I wanted another drink. Last time I will eat here. Waitress more interested in serving people she knows. Maybe it's the way I'm dressed in a tank top makes her think I can't tip good. It's not busy at all. This place needs a bar rescue.
Just left after waiting over an hour for our food. We were very disappointed in the staff. We have a 10 month old baby and a 2 hour drive home so our time is valuable. After waiting 15 minutes to speak to a manager all she had to say was that she just tried to deliver the food but we weren't at the table. And that's supposed to make it ok that we had to wait that long? She didn't offer to box it so we could take it with us or any other compensation. We love Logan's (I used to work at one so I know what a busy Saturday evening is like) but we will not be returning to this location. I guess my business (and $60 order) is not important to them, so I'll take it elsewhere!
We have been eating at Demos' for several years and it has always been very good,.Today we stopped in for lunch while traveling. Everyone in our party was satisfied with thier food, however We were charged extra for lettuce and tomota on my rib eye sandwitch.I was supprised by this.
Every time I have eaten at one it's like bad cafeteria food. Always cold. The only thing keeping them open is the country store gimmick. Same problem in every state i've tried so it's a problem with the system not the individual restaurants. Will never spend another dime in one. Especially after hearing about the veteran getting fired for giving out a muffin and a cup of coffee.
