Where is the ZERO star rating? 1st off, this location & the one in Mount Juliet employ the same people. Not sure why.We had a 22-day trip planned & this location had given me the best quote (BY FAR). They were very helpful as our plans changed a few times. We planned to use my sister's car for a few days, but then we decided to get on the road sooner. The prices we were quoted were: $317.34, $352, and $368.69 - depending on how many days we wanted to have the car, with $368.69 being the final quote. As you can see, those prices are all within a reasonable range based on 1st adding 3 days and then a 4th. All other companies were quoting me AT LEAST twice that amount, so I called multiple times to verify to make sure there were no misunderstandings. (I have these phone conversations recorded). One problem we had was that our flight would arrive in Nashville about 11:40 and they close at noon on Sat. We got special permission for my sister to come in with a copy of the front/back of our DL & CC, they'd pick up the keys, & then bring us back from the airport to get the car. "Wow, what great service", I thought. I was already thinking of what I would say in my review to praise their exceptional customer service.Well, as we are landing I received panicked texts from my sister that they were trying to run our card for $1,200!! almost 4 times the price they had quoted me!! Luckily we had opened that card specifically for the car & gas for our trip & had a limit of $1,000 so it was declined. Thank goodness! or it would have messed up our trip BIG TIME!When I spoke to them after landing they insisted that they never would have quoted so low for 22 days (even though they did multiple times!!) They said $742.15 was the best they could/would do. They said since I didn't have email confirmation they couldn't give me the price THEY had quoted.Go to AVIS in Murfreesboro. Additional drivers are free. They rented to me for $73 more than I had originally planned.

Worst EVER! They LIE! LIE! LIE! They will do anything to wring every last penny they can out of you. First, the promised car wasn't there, then, they made us swap out the car they gave us so they could give it to another person. Then they lied about damage done to the vehicle. Then they charged my card even though we purchased the insurance AND had our own rental insurance AND after I told them they were NOT allowed to charge my card. THEN even after they charged my card, they STILL billed the insurance company AND, sent the account to collections! THESE ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
I have rented with Enterprise for years and many weeks even this year through my corporate contracts. When I can, I try to use my local store. Even though this rental was made by our corporate travel agency, I was asked to supply a utility bill if I wanted to use my debit card. This has NEVER been requested previously. Point of fact I pay all my utility bills on-line. When I offered to show a cell phone bill on my phone, I was told this was unacceptable. I was able to use my debit card for this rental but was warned that it would not be accepted with out a bill to prove my residence. Enterprise has never asked this before, none of the competition has asked this of me before I can use a debit card. Bottom line, if this policy is not changed for business customers like myself, I will take my business somewhere else and recommend my direct reports to do the same even if they are renting out of town. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
