Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The owner, who speaks maybe 5 words of English, is incredibly rude, and IMPOSSIBLE to understand, messed up a jumper I brought in (which she overcharged me for). When I told her she was going to have to fix it for free since it was her mistake she started yelling at me, THE CUSTOMER. She was so busy yelling at me that I basically had to shove her out of the dressing room so I could put my clothes back on. She told me she was going to call the cops and asked for my drivers license number. HA. She refused to refund my money so I basically paid her to keep my jumper for a month. This place should be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Terrible service! Worst seamstress I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs! Unreliable, expensive, rude, and impossible to understand because they barely speak English.
Wow...where to begin. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I had dropped off a dress a week in advance for my friend's wedding and the owner agreed to have it ready on the Friday morning of the dress rehearsal. I go to pick it up and the owner, who speaks very little ENGLISH, says oh I forgot the date and didn't have it ready. Obviously I was furious. On top of that I had to drive back to this place the day of the wedding to pick it up. They charged $60 for a basic dress alteration that probably took 30 minutes at most. It gets better....the hem on part of the dress has already come unraveled. Please avoid Jabbok at all costs. If it were possible to rate it zero stars I would!
Very poorly done alterations that took two weeks to complete leaving no time for repair to be done before the dress was to be worn. Price at pickup was three times more than the original quote and there was no notification of price change from the business until after the alterations were completed.
