These people have rude employees. Went to hand this company money, only to be cutoff dead sentence, and treated as if I was wasting their time. Top it off, this woman was the district manager. The only reason they get one star, is because I had to give a rating. Otherwise, I wouldn't give that!!!

If you ever need a loan, don't go to this place. They are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life.

ONE MONTH!! THEY HARASS LIKE NO OTHER JUST TO HAVE THEIR NUMBERS LOOK GOOD! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? I WAS TOLD TO PAY THEM BEFORE I PAID MY RENT...UM NO! I WOULD RATHER HAVE A ROOF OVER MY HEAD THAN THAT COMPANY'S NUMBERS LOOK GOOD! I HAVE MADE CONTACT WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT YET THEY STILL CALL DAILY, LEAVE NOTES AT MY HOME, AND EVEN SIT IN MY DRIVEWAY TO WAIT FOR ME TO LEAVE! AND THE LOAN ISNT EVEN IN MY NAME! THEY FORCED MY BF TO REFINANCE HIS LOAN AND LIED ABOUT IT WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT! THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOREVER! YOU CAN NOT PAY FOR LOANS IN FULL(WHICH IS THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD) AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PARTIAL PAYMENTS WHICH IS BS TOO BECAUSE WORKING IN A LOAN BUSINESS I KNOW ITS BETTER TO HAVE A PARTIAL PAYMENT THAN NO PAYMENT AT ALL. YEAH MY COMPANY DOESN'T TAKE NOTHING LESS THAN A MINIMUM PAYMENT BUT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE TAKE WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER BRINGS IN BECAUSE WE ARE SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW IT'S BETTER TO HAVE A PARTIAL THAN NOTHING AT ALL!! I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS UNREAL! WHEN I TOLD THE LADY THAT I AM TRYING TO DO ALL I CAN TO PAY THE LOAN AND THAT MY ONLY OTHER OPTIONS WERE 1) SELL DRUGS OR 2) PROSTITUTE MYSELF HER RESPONSE WAS "WHATEVER WORKS"! SHE WAS LUCKY I WASNT STANDING IN FRONT OF HER... ALL IN ALL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH WORLD FINANCE, ESPECAILLY THE LEBANON, TN OFFICE! THE B******** WOMEN YOU WILL EVER MEET! THAT MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HER/HISSELF!
