My husband took me there for a surprise. The place was very clean and the employee we're very nice and welcoming. I didn't feel like a cattle in a shoot per say. They took there time and we're very pleasant. And when I was done I did not expect the hand massage. Never had one of them done before. And some places you go to they speak whatever language they speak to each other, which I think is kind of rude or they will speak to there regular customers when they come in like you are not even there. But at Happy Nails to they speak the English language and talk to who ever they are working on and treat the clientele like they are there and respectful. Soon time for me to go back and get my refill. They do very nice work and different from other nai salons

Totally satisfied with my nails, whatever artwork I want done, Nancy will do...she is now using a lot of stamping, such as snowflakes, flowers, butterflies.. She has a lot of inventory, many services to offer...love my nails Nancy..thanks so much!!!
This nail salon is absolutely horrible. The women there lack social and customer service skills to a great degree. The manicures are awful as well. I just left this establishment to get my gel manicure (which was done by them and horribly by the way) removed and I asked the lady ahead of time, twice, if the gel nail polish removal was free or not she said both times it was free. Even while I was sitting with my friend talking about the removal being free she didn't say a word. As I was preparing myself to leave out she rudely stopped me asking me where her money was. And of course I was highly confused because we had predetermined that it was supposed to be free. Then she got loud and I remained calm cool and collected letting her know what she had told me and she continued to get loud. I ended up paying the $10 for the gel polish removal, but I honestly believed she got over on me and I don't appreciate how she went about it at all.
I have had my nails done here many times, but this was the last straw! I went in with a picture (grey fingernail with white tip design) which I asked if they could do and they quickly said they could. Instead of painting in the design she used a sticker, and failed to tell me that it would come off. I went home and within a few hours was already missing one. I returned the following day and was told I had to be careful if I wanted them to stay. I asked to have it changed and she did not do it. It is now five days later and four of my ten fingernails have chipped. I paid for the way lots of gel, and this is not it! I will not return.
This was the worst nail experience I've ever had! I have gotten many manicures and pedicures, though I've never had gel polish done. I went in and asked them for just gel polish on top of my natural nail, and I had to repeat myself many times because the girl who helped me either didn't understand, didn't remember, or didn't listen. I also told her multiple times that I didn't want fake nails, that I hated them. She used a dremel tool on my fingers and worked my nails down until I started bleeding, and cut my cuticles back until I bled. Then, she applied fake nails and gel polish. I didn't realize what she was doing until I showed my mom when I got home. Upon closer inspection, there was glue and polish all over my fingers, as well as big gobs underneath my nails. To make matters worse, my nails were all different lengths, the edges were sharp and the ends weren't straight. The next day I went back in and asked them to take them off and fix their mistake, and they refused, but offered to file them down to a more manageable length. I consented under their pressure, but this girl made my edges even rougher, my corners even sharper. She didn't even bother to wipe the nail dust off my fingers, she just told me I was done. While I was there to get it fixed, all five women working berated me the whole time I was there for not making myself more clear to their nail "artist" and for asking them to change it. They also clearly talked about me in their native language, because some phrases were in English and definitely about me, and they were gesturing towards me the entire time. They refused to refund my money, and refused to fix their error, instead they were rude and made my problem worse. I will never step foot in that salon again, except for to claim my refund, and I will never let anyone whom I care about subject their poor nails to that kind of treatment. Like I said: worst nail experience of my life.
I have been going here for several months, the girls who do nails are great... it is getting a 2 star review for bad owners/bad business... the owner showed no interest in fixing a wrong that they made, to lazy to check records, to lazy to call a customer back, to lazy to make it right.... well bad business just lost a customer and possibly got themselves into more issues that could have been avoided... advice: pay in cash and you should be fine...
