11/21/2014 I stopped today to get the car cleaned and after going threw the wash and having it hand dried the car was still rather dirty I pointed out the bird crap and muddy paw prints from cats to the attendant and they seemed very unhappy with me but they did clean the few spots I pointed out but nothing else I asked who to complain to but was grunted at I called and left a message with my name and number but haven't heard anything it may not seem like a lot to some but $20.00 bucks for a car wash is a lot to me and to get the car back dirty was very upsetting my father was a maintenance man there years ago and at that time they got it clean or sent it threw a second time to get it clean I guess times are a changing and not for the better at this point I don't think ill ever go there again and unless you just want to through money away I would suggest finding somewhere else to get your car washed
