Very unprofessional. No one there has a clue what they're doing, It's a sad excuse for a pet store. They have no idea how to actually take care of any animals in there. If I was in charge of this company, I'd fire every single person in there and get someone that cares for animals and works hard and loves what they do and actually do something in the store. They are there all day but cannot clean over flowing crap out of a cage and can't even do something as simple as put a cricket in the reptile cages. I'd fire the manager too for giving false information and teaching all the other employees how to do it "there" way. I mean come on....my 9 year old cousin can take care of animals better than them, no wonder they don't have dogs, cats, and salt water fish anymore...seeing as they can't even take care of regular fish. Seriously. Either move this place out and save them animals, or get someone in there that knows what to do.
