Mid-America Self Storage

[Locaiton: Rolla, MO] For December 2013, I rented a storage unit at the Rolla, MO locaiotn, North outer road from Exit #184. In less than one month, my unit was broken in to. The Masterlock was cut, using a cutting disk/wheel. Also, padlocks from other units all over the ground. I was never contacted that my unit was ramsacked and items were taken. This was my first and last time using any self storage company. Again, I was never contacacted that the storage unit locaiton had been broken in to and items were taken. When I contacted the Lebanon office, she told me, Thank you for letting us know and hung up. Very disapointed with how this was handled. The Rolla Police Department and Insurance company have itemized list of items. I will never use a self storage again, as there is no need anymore.
