They don't even deserve a one star but I can't go any lower. Charlie was very RUDE and ZERO customer service. Need to go back and learn how to treat an inquiring customer and add a teaspoon of kindness to their business. If HE is willing to treat customers this way how in the world could one trust what they are selling? Very suspicious crook like behavior!! Buyers BEWARE!! I wouldn't take a car from Charlie for FREE if he gave it to me!
Very rude people , I am nice person but l got rude back & told them forget it your to rude to work with and hung up. Not giving business to unworthy bossiness like that wanted haul info all so never got that far customer service not good. Wish would have seen review before mine 3 yrs. No change l guess. Star answered phone.
I have been trying to get pricing and info from Advanced Auto Credit but apparently they don't want my business because they have ignored every single question I have ever asked them. What a shame too, because I was looking at one of their Tahoes as well as one of the big side lofted barn cabins. I guess they just don't want my money.I then posted on facebook and tagged the company page in my post, which was word for word what I just wrote above and the owner of the company commented on my post and personal page calling me a liar and asking one of their associates to find proof of me trying to contact them. I posted the proof right there in the comments before the associate could even reply and surprise surprise, I haven't heard one more peep out of them. How rude are these people!STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE "COMPANY"P.S. I still have the proof in the form of screen shots if anyone is interested.
20 years in the business and I have learned the most important person is the customer.,however,when you ship one unit you should always emphasized expedeancy of said unit.
Horrible service. Delayed for 1 week for pickup. Promised that the car will be delivered yesterday. Car was not delivered and no one called for updates. Because it's Saturday no one can be reached. The driver never called to notify about delay. So much frustration build up. Poor to say the least communication skills. I lol update more after I get my car
Mid State is reasonably priced. They have some stuff for older cars that you can't get at the other junk yard in Lebanon.However, if you are coming from out of town call and make sure they have your part ready. I go past here on my way to work so it's not such a problem for me. And always be sure the part is right before you leave. Not that they won't take it back, but its a Hassel if you get home and discover you have the wrong part.
I never have a problem with this company.When There is a problem wirh my vehicle that I am driving right now ut gets fixed with no problem and Charlie , is great to work with on getting a vehicle you want.
The customer service at carmart is a joke. The gm Larry will hang up on you and their customer service reps laugh in your face. Not to mention if you buy a car from them make sure you have the right spare tire in your car because they just make sure one is in the car not if its the right one. Our car still doesn't have the right spare tire and they have been aware of this for 8 months. The general manager and the customer service reps are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They are supposed to be professionals but they are not. Shame on you carmart. I would not recommend going to carmart to purchase a vehicle.
