EVERY MONTH THERE IS AN ISSUE!! I have been waiting THREE WEEKS for a prescription that takes less than an hour to fill at all other pharmacies. I spoke with the nurse at my doctor's office; the prescription was picked up at the doctor's office by Assured Pharmacy on July 18th...today is August 5th. This three week delay is not the first time this has occurred; this is a pattern which is completely unacceptable. I am baffled as to how Assured can evade consequences of such irresponsibility.
I would give these "people" zero stars only that's not an option. My Dr.'s office sent them a script on Thurs 3/5/15 and my Dr. assured me that it would be delivered on Fri. Called MULTIPLE times Fri and was told TWO SEPERATE LIES on different phone calls. The 1st time was when they asked me if I had received a delivery call. I said no, and the woman(yes I have her name!) told me to keep waiting and checking back. The 2nd time was when a man answered (Yes, I have your name too!) and told me that me insurance rejected my claim until Mon 3/9/15. Pure BS I called my local pharmacy, (GOD LOVE YOU BLUE SPRINGS HYVEE!) & confirmed that my last fill was on 2/5/15. Called back and told them what HyVee said and all I got was "there's nothing we can do, Ma'am". Funny how when I called Medicare next, she ran it and it went straight through!!! Ended up in the ER Sat 3/7/15 with DT's because now I'd had no medication since Friday! Thanks "Assured" !!! At this point I'm definitely NOT "Assured" about Assured Pharmacy and will be requesting my Dr. allow me to go back to HyVee. Now, "Assured" will probably tell me it WON'T go through, but you never know. Today is a new day, the sun is shining, and God is great. We'll see!AK Blue Springs, MO
This place is god-awful in customer service. Every month it is the same mistakes, same rudeness, same horrible people answering the phone. My doctor has INSISTED I use these people and it is literally making me consider leaving my doctor of 10 years to find another who won't FORCE me to use such a terrible service. If you have a choice... run. Run far.
They never called me, not once, to figure out where my prescription was. Furthermore they only drop off between 1 and 5pm...awesome so just like your TV repair guy you either need to stay at work or stay at home between those hours. This service is NOT convenient. It has only been a pain and I've ran out of my prescription twice. Also, the number no this page is not their live number, it's a dead number and you'll stay on hold forever...literally. Luckily some IT guy answered for me after 40 minutes. I'm done using them...absolutely done. Hey YP...can you make it possible to receive less than 1 star? They have hardly even earned the right to receive 1 star.
I had hear good things about stark pharmacy until I encounter them first hand. I filled out a profile online truthfully and was banished by them. You see because I am a smoker they turned me away . Beneath this smoker is good person and I never turn anyone away that needs my help. But, If I want to go to my doctor have him run all the tests then you all would honor filling the scripts. Wow, Really? I heard these kinds of things going on the world but never thought in my life in my state this was going on discrimination. Because of someone views of smokers. You turn them away. I understand it's bad for my health. I get that. You do not know the circumstances around my vice. Nor, do I know what your vices are and I'm sure you have plenty of not good health habits. Also, being rude is one of them and profiling people in general. What is next if I was blue eyed would you turn me away as well? You need to keep your personal views, politics and religion out of your business. Mrs. Pharmacist. I'm sure the KC star would be interested on how you operate. It is simply none of your business or concern. Remember what goes around comes around and how you treat others will come back to you two-fold.
I am the same way! I took more pills then my dr. said because I wake up in the middle of the nite to tak moore and I am out early! im in pain! I will have my other dr. rite for more for me cents I cant get mine early here. Hyvee pharmacy always fills them for me whenever I run out

Wow I'm going through the same thing. My Dr said I would have my meds the very next day and the next day nothing so I call them and the lady was Ryde and said I would have my meds today then I called back and now being told I have to wait til monday which my meds r out tomorrow so I told her I couldn't wait til monday and was told there wasn't anything she could do unless I wanted to drive 2 and a half hrs to pick them up but not today have to wait til tomorrow. So now I have to drive from augusta ks to leawood in the am and hope they will let me pick them up. Also in pain cuz I don't have meds for am
poor customer service. high school kids on the phones. I live 125 miles away and I am forced to use this mail order service. I have cvs part d plan and picked up my med every month at the same place . no more. I must wait 2 days after I got prescription for this mail order to send on UPS. the mail order pharmacy wouldn't give me tracking number. thank god I signed up for mychoice UPS and they emailed me with tracking number and info. assured rx services is a joke. why should I be forced to use this pharmacy ? MONEY! they get to take all the customers from their normal pharmacy and make MONEY on people that suffer from chronic pain. these KIDS have no idea what it is like to wake up in agony and wait for a truck for meds from a pharmacy i don't know about? the clinic probable gets a kick back because they force clients to use this crappy service. SO NOW I WAIT IN PAIN FOR A TRUCK ?? worst mail order pharmacy ever, steer clear of this place. they wont tell you whats going on and leave you without meds Suffering .....0 stars
I have had no problem with this pharmacy. They have went outta their way to help me. I can't drive and their delivering makes it very convenient. If there was ever a problem with insurance they handled it. Sure they are extremely busy. But have been attentative to my needs. I am very thankful they are in business and will continue to use them. If your patient they will work with you with a professional attitude. To be angry because they are busy isn't fair to them they are growing and have hired extra people as well. Thank you Assured.and also the delivery drivers are very attentative if they run 5 min late I get a call. They are extremely professional as well.~Kaylyn Pfeifer~
