Not only did they find what I had wrong, fixed a couple of things free of charge that they found, but the service guy came out into the lobby and explained everything to me. They also took me out to look under the truck to show me an issue that was preventing me from getting a full alignment. They have come out and checked my computer in my truck and cleared it immediately and without charge and with explanation. I feel like these guys know what they are doing, they keep me updated very well, and are about as professional as it gets. I'm picky about who I go to and these guys have exceeded my expectations many times. Thank you!
On the contrary - Jeff Marshall is awesome! I have had my car in to him on numerous occasions, he always treats me fairly and his prices are extremely reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He does work on the cars belonging to several people I work with, we all love him! If something isn't fixed correctly or you have a problem with anything he does, he's quick to get you right back in and fixes it right away. He's never done me wrong!

I saw a Fusion online that I was interested in at Zeck Ford. I couldn't have asked for an easier way to buy a car. I called ahead and spoke with Jason. He had the car ready to drive when I got there. The Fusion was priced below anything similar I'd seen at other places and I was happy with what they gave me for my trade. I was in and out quickly with no surprises. I would easily recommend them.
Jeff Marshall was referred to me by a friend as being "honest & fair." This could not be further from the truth. I went in and told Jeff that my car was at another shop that had decided to not fix it and not take payments (after previously saying they *would* take payments). Jeff said he would take payments and would go get the car. I told him I would give him money down and then make payments and how grateful i was. He did go get my car and fixed it the next day. He then ignored my calls for two days. I got a ride and went in to see what was going on and he told me he would not take payments. He also charged me $55 for the 1 mile tow, which he never told me that! I could have easily had AAA tow it for free. I'm more upset that he wouldn't even look me in the face while he completely lied about our initial conversation. Not only that, I needed a new timing belt, water pump and tensioner replaced and he only did the timing belt. So, now, I need to be aware that those other things did not get replaced on a labor heavy job. The whole experience was awful and I would tell anyone to STAY AWAY.
Seems friendly and an okay dealership but i would not reccomend the sales guy Jace Grabouski to anyone as he never followed up with me and was not very knowledgable. Spent an hour tarveling to this dealerhsip after being provided missinformation
I was looking for a vehicle to accommodate our entire family. Our current vehicle just wasn't big enough. Did some searching and realized the best prices were at Zeck. Leavenworth was a bit of a drive, but I am so glad we made the trip. Jason was the salesman that assisted us. His friendly nature was a bit of a shock. We'd gone to other dealerships in the past not knowing what we wanted and were handed a business card and "call me when you know". Jason took the time to get to know our needs & what we were willing to spend. We viewed a few vehicles, but fell in love with the Flex. Jason's service-minded nature made it enjoyable. We knew what we wanted and now it came down to finance time. Here's where I usually start to feel anxious. I wasn't looking forward to the grueling waiting and waiting. But yet again I was surprised, it was quite painless and very easy. I had to pinch myself. Friendly salespeople AND easy financing this can't be real. It was. Our experience was really wonderful.
We were looking for a used Edge for my wife and found they had several at Zeck Ford. I made an appointment with Jason. When we arrived he had narrowed down the selection to the ones that had the options we were looking for. He was patient and attentive while we tried to figure out which one we liked the best. Once we figured out which one we wanted, the process went quickly and smoothly. We never felt pressured or rushed, but it seemed to take no time at all to wrap things up. I'd definitely recommend Zeck. Not only was Jason helpful and friendly, but everyone there was. The owner even came over and spoke with us while we were there. Great service!
