When I got a package in my mail box - Magnolia Creek subdivision, the package was completely opened. The warping is very secure, it has to be opened very purposefully. From the vendor to our mailbox, someone opened it before we can get hands on it. It happened several times in our neighborhood.

I live in the 77573 Zip Code area (Meadow Bend Subdivision). The mail is being delivered occasionally and when it is delivered, it is at 8:00 or 9:30 at night. This has been occurring over the past 6 weeks. I have called and been promised that a call will be returned. Did it happen? NOI am not receiving my bill's and have called the power company to find out what amount I owed and when it was due. They mailed the bill on 11/11/16 and it was due on 12/01/16. I never received the bill as of 12/7/16. The carrier's are sitting in the park area talking on their cell phones and not delivering the mail. Something needs to be done and the situation resolved. In the event that I don't receive a bill and it has late charges, I will be at the Post Office and contacting the Inspector Generals Office.
My mail goes missing or is delivered to wrong address. Some neighbors are kind enough to return it to me if they receive it by mistake, however, some of my bills never arrive and my bank statements have not been delivered to me for the last two months. Who knows what stranger has my banking info! Mail is sometimes delivered after dark! I realize that mistakes happen, but this has been going on for the two years that I have moved here. The entire neighborhood has been complaining but nothing is ever done.
Worst post office ever. Either no.mail delivery or it comes at ten at nite ,I think they need to fire them all and get in people that want to work
I called this location because this is where my package was last scanned in. To see what happened to my package, the lady on the other end of the phone told me that my package never arrived at this location. I asked how could this be when I tracked my package thru several states and cities for it to end up here as scanned in? She stuck to her words and said that this location never scanned my package. Long story short, I reported this to the BBB because I'm out a lot of money and the package I was suppose to receive was ammunition. If you can avoid sending your packages to this location, I would and am.
If I could write this review without giving any stars, I would. I can't tell you how many times I've had packages lost. The mail man has left packages out in the pouring rain numerous times instead of leaving a note to pick up at the post office. I've had so many things ruined this way. They don't document anything properly, and they have broken our mailbox by forcing a huge package in it. We had to cut it out. I could go on, but I end up in the 45 min or longer line at the post office 2-3 times a month minimum. No one cares, and it's only getting worse. It's a shame we can't switch post offices or I would have done that a Ling time ago. I will say that the people who work at the counters are super friendly and do the best they can.
Had a pkg sent to me via a 1-Day Express. Didn't arrive there the next day. It arrived 5 days later. Really? And I couldn't get a refund with their "money back guarantee" because someone there forged and backdated times back to the day it was supposed to get there. I had visited everyday since the due date and was told it hadn't arrived at that location. However, after 5 days their "system updated the post dates." All I got was a dumb smirk and a "we're sorry for the inconvenience" with a most condescending employee. Omg.
I went to pick up a package that was sent from another states post office, and was informed that there was an additional charge for postage due to the size of the box. The other post office made the mistake, but this post office was trying to blame it on the sender, and force me to pay the significant difference. All in all, they admitted that it was probably a postal service overlook that caused the problem. They stated that someone didn't do their job. It is unfortunate that no one could make a decision to do the right thing, and hold the postal service accountable for the mistake, without worrying about the almighty dollar. Pass the buck to the consumer......Typical government bureaucracy.....Thanks for nothing. Fed Ex, UPS, or any other service seems to be better than this. It is really sad that all of the other reviews reflect this one. What happened to good old customer service, and the customer is always right.
Disappointing. Our mailbox is often left open and mail will be soaked from rain. I had a package out for delivery for 2 weeks after USPS received it via smart post. It was sitting in League City the while time. It would be helpful if someone would answer the phone to resolve these issues.
Terrible service. i had to packages "out for delivery" for over 2 days. 1 package said, "delivered" and they never delivered it and arrived 1 day later.
