        RUDE STAFF

        I WENT IN FOR LASIK SURGERY ONLY TO BE TOLD THE DAY OF MY SURGERY THAT I WAS NOT A CANDIDATE. I WAS UPSET THAT I COULDN'T HAVE THE SURGERY BUT I WAS MORE UPSET THAT IT TOOK THEM 4 HOURS TO TELL ME THAT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW. I WENT TO ANOTHER LASIK DR AND WAS TOLD I HAD OTHER OPTIONS. I JUST RECENTLY HAD MY SURGERY AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

        Truly Professional

        After putting it off for years I finally went in last week and had Lasik vision correction. The staff at ECOT were friendly, helpful and really well trained.



        They did all of the exams needed in one day and made sure they answered all my questions. They also gave me a comprehensive folder of Lasik information; what to expect from Lasik and how long the procedure takes.



        Surgery was quick and fairly painless. After only a week my vision is perfect and I'm only sorry that I waited so long to have it done. I've already recommended to my sister and she's scheduled for next month.
