Doctor Cool & Professor Heat

We had DCPH install a new ac/ heating system about a year ago. The installers were amazing and did a beautiful installation! Since then we have been maintaining the system as recomended . Today Jason M came out to do maintenance. We noticed a water issue and he went the extra mile to remedy it. He was professional,courteous, and thorough. Thank you DCPH for maintaining high standards and employing the best techs !!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Cool Professor Heat. They installed a new condenser and coil at my home, and they did a great job. Noor and Tuan were the technicians, and they were super professional and nice. They worked tirelessly (in my stifling attic, and on an extremely hot and humid day!) to make sure our new unit was up and running that day. Thanks so much for the great service!

We had had construction work on our house before our a/c went out and were dreading dealing with another vendor after the horrible 6 month experience with the construction contractor. Went out for three bids and Dr. Cool price was very reasonable. From the beginning, everyone with Dr. Cool has been first rate - courteous, professional, positive, knowledgeable. Professional, clean, courteous, exceptional, patient, and ethical describe the work performed today by Dr. Cool and Professor Heat. I highly recommend Jason, as he thoroughly explains everything, and is extremely knowledgeable of the processes of air conditioning. He recommends but doesn't demand like some a/c technicians. We have used this company for many years and have always had honest and thorough work performed in a timely fashion. Dr. Cool & Professor Heat - Very knowledgeable & Professional...could not be happier! I was not looking forward to replacing my 12 yr. old AC unit in my 2 story 135 yr. old historic home, but I am so pleased with the new high efficiency, 2 speed, Trane system that Dr. Cool installed...not only is it extremely quiet but my electric bills have dropped more than half...I wish I had made this decision earlier. It was a pleasure working with the expert installers, and I also appreciated the great care they took to protect the flooring, carpeting and furnishings while working in my home. The office staff was courteous and very helpful, setting up and confirming the appointments and coordinating the installation. I would highly recommend Dr. Cool & Professor Heat.

Don't Bother Calling. Very rude service just over the phone. Can't imagine what it would be like to have them at MY HOME.

We have been a long time customer of Dr Cool/Prof Heat but are truly disappointed. Had an appointment for 2 weeks with an arrival time of 8 to 9 a.m. At 11:00, we called and they promised they would be there in a few minutes. An hour later we called and cancelled. It appears service has taken a trun for the worse.
