Overall

Absolute worst buying experience! Never have I felt so disregarded and unappreciated. Maybe if I was purchasing a new BMW the experience may have gone better, but I guess because I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle I didn't matter as much. Buyer's dissonance doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. I purchased my vehicle under so many false pretenses because my Sales rep had no idea what he was talking about it. As soon as I drove off the lot my radio went in and out and everyone was gone when I turned around to get help with it. I purchased a Sirius XM package because I was told my car came equipped with it just to later find out that it did not have it. I can go on and on but then I'd be writing all day. I was promised the vehicle was a Certified Pre-owned vehicle but I highly doubt that it is now because of all the issues I am experiencing. I have called the general sales manager countless times and he refuses to return any of my phone calls. I was so excited to buy my first luxury car, but this dream has completely turned into a nightmare! Save yourself the trouble and countless headaches and go to a different dealership. Unknowledgeable sales reps plus managers who don't care make for an experience you will never forget and you bank account won't either. I wish someone would have warned me :(.

I`ve never had a more pleasant experience with getting my and my wife`s cars fixed. Always offered coffee... juice... or water. The Motoring Advisors will chat if they arent with a customer and are always willing to answer questions if asked. Excellent customer service.

From the time you walk in the ...

From the time you walk in the front door, until the time you depart the facility, an exceptional experience! We made a late evening purchase. The sales advisor, sales manager and finance department stayed late after closing to complete the acquisition for us. The commute home in a new well engineered driving machine, well that’s just hard to beat!
