This is the best car dealership we have ever been to hands down!!! The salesmen really care about you. My husband and I were in serious need of a new car and after an entire day of searching and haggling with loan agencies to meet our credit challenges we pulled off the lot with a brand new 2016 Chevy Cruz. On my way home I noticed it was missing one crucial feature...cruz control. At first I was really upset, but as this was just a stepping stone to build our credit we would deal with it. However much of the joy I felt over my new vehicle was dimmed, but I was determined to make the most out of it. We received a follow up call the next week and cookies with a survey card a few weeks later. I filled out the survey card and told them how happy I was with their service, but that I was disappointed that I wasn't made aware of my car's lack of Cruz control before I purchased it. A month after my new car purchase I received a call from Bridges (a great guy by the way) and he asked that my husband and I come back to the dealership because Classic Chevrolet wanted us 100% happy with our car. Today we went and seen Bridges and between him and Mr Randle (the awesome owner) they are installing Cruz control into our car! Thank you Classic Chevrolet! You are the epitome of customer service and have made lifetime customers of the Austin family!

I drove in at the last minute and I had a noise I was sort of concerned about in my Armada. Although I didn't have an appoinment, they addressed my concerns, and got right on it. Their Service Manager, Jimmy Toombs, visited with me. I was rather impressed as how he listened, looked me directly in the eye and everything was handled better that I could have hoped for. Luckily, it was just a belt and it was due anyway. This was a nice change from past experiences that I've had at other facilities. Even though I didn't buy my SUV there, it didn't matter, they treated me like I did and they didn't over-charge me! I also found out they can work on my "work" car, a 2001 VW Jetta as I will schedule a tune-up on it there here pretty soon. I highly reccomend this dealership as others waited on me while I was in the waiting room and so helful and polite. I never see this kind of service or polireness anymore and it was so refreshing to see it here-if you want service or a vehicle, I encourage you to try this place. Next time I trade my vehicle, I definately will be at Dan Mullins first.
Get ready for a read! I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Classic Chevrolet. The whole crew is down right amazing.. I came into Classic Chevrolet on September 2nd, 2016 where I met Tori Lawrance after she had constantly been posting about their amazing sales on facebook. So I finally said what the heck and gave her a call. Tori worked endlessly over 4 days to find the right pre-owned vehicle for me and my needs. She did all the leg work for me while I was at home . I am a 86 year old Great Grandmother of 8. When I came in, all I needed was my small down payment and my proof of income.. There was a few issues getting my proof of income to Tori, Aquarion, and the finance director Tria. But they worked with me endlessly. Tori came and visited me in hospital and at home after I broke my hip. I am thrilled to be a Classic customer, and better yet, a part of their wonderful family. We bought a 2015 Buick Lacrosse a few months ago from Classic Lawton Chevrolet. It has been the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever experienced. The sales staff was excellent, courteous and kind to us throughout the whole process. A few weeks after our purchase we received gifts in the mail from Classic Chevrolet that we never expected. We've received periodic unobtrusive check-ins from the staff to inquire about our car. We've had the car serviced twice since the purchase (oil changes etc) and both times it was a quick in/out process and the staff was very attentive and kind. My husband bought a car from another dealership in town and has not experienced the same level of customer service. He plans to purchase his next vehicle from Classic Chevrolet. We are so pleased to have this process go so smoothly.
Just want to say I had an awesome experience buying my first 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition on October 21,2015. I had no idea what I wanted- when we pulled up at the dealership Lance was the one to greet us! Lance was very patient with me (several nights in a row he would stay at the dealership after it was closing time to talk with us, letting us test drive vehicles with absolutely NO pressure of purchasing a vehicle and was very upfront about everything). We have never experienced such a personalized car buying service! Everyone at the dealership was so wonderful and helpful and got me exactly what I needed and what I wanted. I would like to commend the service department at this dealership for what I perceive as remarkable service on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder! I am especially impressed in lieu of the fact that I bought my Nissan elsewhere. I made the appointment for a safety recall notice and a factory recommended oil change. I was greeted by the service manager and treated with respect and courtesy. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was surprised to find that it had been washed and thoroughly detailed inside and out. I was amazed and very impressed. The car was spotless! Took my car to (Milo Gordon) After having 3 days of problems with "Goodyear Auto on Cache Rd. & the one on 11th st." Milo Gordon fixed our car in less then 6 hours and I paid less then $200 bucks.. They cleared out the bad codes and updated my system and the sputtering stoped, they replaced some O rings & they pluged my fan back in on the bottom because "Goodyear Auto on Cache Rd." had unpluged it for what ever reason. Anyway our car runs great now!!! DO NOT USE GOODYEAR AUTO REPAIR!!!!! They treat you good but they don't know what they are doing when it come to car repair. USE Milo Gordon, They treat you good and they have great car repair service!
I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH MR. DAVE SHARKEY WHO MADE THE REPAIRS TO MY 2013 FORD FOCUS STRESS FREE. MR. SHARKEY DID ALL LEG WORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, MONITORED ALL REPAIR WORK AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF STATUS OF WORK, ESTIMATE OF REPAIR AND WHEN VEHICLE WOULD BE FIXED. IT WAS A PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. I MUST ALSO ADD THE FINISHED REPAIRS WERE EXCELLENT. I COULD NOT EVEN TELL THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE IF I DID NOT SEE IT FIRST. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR MR SHARKEY AND ALL THE TECHNICIANS WHO WORKED ON MY FOCUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILLINGSLEY FORD AUTO BODY SHOP TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS BODY REPAIR OF THEIR VEHICLE.
Not much selection for used car consumers. Salesman was courteous and not pushy. So many red flags. The most i saw in town. No service records and lame excuses for not having them. Backyard repair work on a lot of them. They do have an appealing price included 12 month warranty included in price. But if you shopped for cars 10 years ago you know sales has changed. These guys are a lot like that it was 10 years ago... That's not good if you don't know. And i get calls from them allll the time even after they said I was off their call list. Sound familiar? Don't go here for used cars
Awesome experience! Recently I took my lincoln in due to issues with my phone not syncing up with my radio. The service department, specifically the service manager Tom Maiberger took care of me personally. He was very friendl, cheerful and so helpful at explaining what my problem was and how to fix it, along with updating my system for me. He made my first experience with a dealership the best! I will definitely go back to him for any of my vehicle needs! If you have any issues with your Ford-Lincoln, I highly recommend Tom Maiberger at the Lawton Ok dealership!
