Just want to say I had an awesome experience buying my first 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition on October 21,2015. I had no idea what I wanted- when we pulled up at the dealership Lance was the one to greet us! Lance was very patient with me (several nights in a row he would stay at the dealership after it was closing time to talk with us, letting us test drive vehicles with absolutely NO pressure of purchasing a vehicle and was very upfront about everything). We have never experienced such a personalized car buying service! Everyone at the dealership was so wonderful and helpful and got me exactly what I needed and what I wanted. I would like to commend the service department at this dealership for what I perceive as remarkable service on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder! I am especially impressed in lieu of the fact that I bought my Nissan elsewhere. I made the appointment for a safety recall notice and a factory recommended oil change. I was greeted by the service manager and treated with respect and courtesy. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was surprised to find that it had been washed and thoroughly detailed inside and out. I was amazed and very impressed. The car was spotless! I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH MR. DAVE SHARKEY WHO MADE THE REPAIRS TO MY 2013 FORD FOCUS STRESS FREE. MR. SHARKEY DID ALL LEG WORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, MONITORED ALL REPAIR WORK AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF STATUS OF WORK, ESTIMATE OF REPAIR AND WHEN VEHICLE WOULD BE FIXED. IT WAS A PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. I MUST ALSO ADD THE FINISHED REPAIRS WERE EXCELLENT. I COULD NOT EVEN TELL THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE IF I DID NOT SEE IT FIRST. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR MR SHARKEY AND ALL THE TECHNICIANS WHO WORKED ON MY FOCUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILLINGSLEY FORD AUTO BODY SHOP TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS BODY REPAIR OF THEIR VEHICLE.
Not much selection for used car consumers. Salesman was courteous and not pushy. So many red flags. The most i saw in town. No service records and lame excuses for not having them. Backyard repair work on a lot of them. They do have an appealing price included 12 month warranty included in price. But if you shopped for cars 10 years ago you know sales has changed. These guys are a lot like that it was 10 years ago... That's not good if you don't know. And i get calls from them allll the time even after they said I was off their call list. Sound familiar? Don't go here for used cars
Awesome experience! Recently I took my lincoln in due to issues with my phone not syncing up with my radio. The service department, specifically the service manager Tom Maiberger took care of me personally. He was very friendl, cheerful and so helpful at explaining what my problem was and how to fix it, along with updating my system for me. He made my first experience with a dealership the best! I will definitely go back to him for any of my vehicle needs! If you have any issues with your Ford-Lincoln, I highly recommend Tom Maiberger at the Lawton Ok dealership!
OUTSTANDING Dealership! Best car buying experience I've ever had in my 12 years of military service! From my sales rep Christian to the Used car manager Adam Barton to the Finance managers Orlando and Ben. These guys worked like crazy to not only get me approve but to make sure i was HAPPY with my entire purchase. My hat truly goes off to Toyota of Lawton. I was looking at new cars on the lot. Did a little talking that day with a salesman named Andrew. Very nice guy! I also got to meet one of the managers named Mindi also very nice young girl. Went back on Monday and bought thecar. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this was by far my best experience with a dealership. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful . I live about 7 hours from that dealership. I truly wished I had one in my area that cared for the customers like this one does.
Wonderful experience Low down payment. Affordable monthly payments. I even got behind and instead of repossessing my ride to work the guy Mr. Dean offered to put me to work to pay down some of the debt. Seriously how many car lots you gonna find like that. The mechanic and I got along well and he didn't knock me over the head with labor cost. Just a good experience all around. I will defiantly bring my family's hard earned money back.
This place is the whole package. Parts, service and sales. Brought my Honda Shadow in to the service center because it wouldn't start. it was quickly looked at and FIXED. the parts guys helped me pick the right parts and the service team installed and had me back on the road in no time. I will continue to have my bike serviced here and when im ready to upgrade I know I will be buying my next bike there too. A+ all the way
Associate Dave was friendly and courteous. Wasn't afraid to say 'I don't know'. Very hard worker and legitimately honest. Paperwork was quick and had no bs fees. Manager Don was also professional and courteous. Zero red flags were raised. Went to every used car dealer in town and they were the best, period. Highly recommend these guys. Service dept tbd.
