Nice people, but the fact that the gal was over pricing two frames all the way on up to $309 was way out of reach....even when there's a sale for 2 PAIRS for $122. The service was not that great as the woman (who had no name tag) did not specifically give too much information on what I was buying and not even a list of pricing was not available anywhere so I couldn't tell whether this woman was over charging me or not. Which, just verbally telling me how much this and so on and so forth is not enough to begin trusting and not knowing how or if the pricing goes, seems a bit odd and quite shady. So backing off on the expensive deal, I could only afford one pair of glasses which cost me $263 for the extra amenities which is still screemingly pretty scary. Never in my life have I paid so much for a single pair of glasses not even over $100 and for the woman who was serving me gave no suggestions or any help what-so-ever on how to lower that price or choose something that's less expensive was not helpful. It was obvious that I wasn't going to pay that much.....So, did I really have to ask? She did not work with me. I'm having to bite my tongue a little bit on paying this ridiculous expensive pair of pretty glasses that obviously should not have been so much for. Unhealthly.... it effects and hurts my heart to envision money sucking blood thieves would actually take our hard working soul sweat n' blood money....so that we get had from people running their business like this. No-one really seems to care about saving you money or in the least it's all about the money but you don't HAVE to suck out all of our rations. My God....learn how to do real customer service. You're nice,thanks.... but I can tell you're not that nice on our wallets.

I used Lawton Optical over 20 years ago and continue to go back to the same great service and quality even though I now live in another state. John C.
